I was here for 3 nights and the stay was good. The hotel feels a bit dated and dark. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly but I randomly dealt with a cold shower one afternoon. I appreciated the option of reasonably priced breakfast and small bar. The pool has sadly been filled in. Checked out the fitness room one day too, it is small but has free weights and a couple of treadmills. Price is reasonable. Location is about 30 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from IAH.

No hot water for 3, count them, 3 days. Kept texting the service, and no one came to fix it. At least at the Marriotts, they'll let you use another room with hot water until they fix yours, here they don't. Front desk said there was no maintenance on call or on site, so they just let you suffer with cold showers - ridiculous! Dirty furniture, worn rooms. Zero customer service. I'm a diamond Hilton member, reserved a room for me and the wife as always, was not greeted by front desk, did not get our waters nor food vouchers, had to go back and argue with the front desk guy who said he couldn't figure it out!!! Worst Hilton!!! Still no call back from the manger; the irony is the two other guests that checked out today also complained they had no hot water either. Each time the front desk said they'd call the manager....3 days NOTHING has been done!!!!

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Would not give me towels when I asked (took 36 hours to replace the 2 towels they gave my wife and I). Elevators broke during our stay. Only deducted that they were broken after our 3rd different lie told at the front desk. They have deleted my review before. If this is deleted I will take to social media. AVOID THIS PLACE, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND FAR FROM HELLFUL. THEY ALSO STOLE CHICK FIL A FROM OUR FRIDGE.

Don't come for the pool, it's now a concrete patio with depth signs. ‍ The rooms are musty and really dirty.

Two of the bath towels had worn so much there were holes in them (one morning while drying off I managed to get a toe stuck in one and almost fell over). The bed sheets and duvet were wafer thin and it was hard to find the right sleeping temperature. Good news is if you need white noise to fall asleep the HVAC and bathroom fans created it in spades. Most exciting part of my stay was getting my vehicle broken into. Unfortunately there were four others that night as well. According to the responding police officer, vehicle break-ins happen fairly frequently at this property (that's not what the staff told me). They do have a camera system, and it was supposedly working last night unlike during previous break ins, so there might just be a tad more than a zero percent chance of finding who did this. Luckily, I was inspired to take all my valuables inside when I arrived after stepping out of my vehicle and onto a pile of broken glass. In summary, the hotel is a bit worn down, there is lots of white noise, and it is in desperate need of much better security and honest staff. I cannot recommend staying here.

Back door from parking lot was not functioning. Had to go through front. Upon entering the room it smelled musty. Bathroom had pubic hairs on tub and pee around bottom of the toilet. Requested another room and it was ok. For what was paid there should have been a complimentary breakfast, and there wad not. The charge was $9 per person. I wouldn't stay or recommend this location. And I'm a hilton rewards member.

Hello! Yes we really enjoyed our stay because it's first class and the employees are very polite and professional. Very clean rooms, very comfortable, however, our coffee pot in our room did not work, but that's OK, we still enjoyed our stay as we always do. Worst hotel I've been at in a while. The pictures in their website are misleading beyond belief. First and foremost they have no pool....went out as soon as I checked in with a towel to find the pool and it is not only not open with a cover on it as would be expected for a non operational pool...no they have filled it with cement. The smell in the hallways are horrible. The hotel was empty but they put me in the sixth floor which would be fine if the elevators didn't make strange and terrifying noises when operating. I went to make a coffee in the coffee machine in my room and saw what I can only presume is mold or dirt which is also terrifying. There's no one attending the bar/restaurant besides in the morning but you better bring your own spoon cause they don't even having anything to stir your coffee with. One of the absolute worst hotel experiences ever...not to mention the area is absolute shit and dangerous to walk around alone at night

Well its been a few years since I was here last and things have gone the wrong direction sadly. Upon arriving the person at the desk was very cold and matter of fact. "What's yours name, I need to see your ID, here is your room". No attempt to be friendly, how's your day, explain the amenities, or even recognize my diamond status. Upon getting to the room the first room the phone was not working so they put me into another one with the same issue. There is now way to call the front desk from the room unless you use your cell to call the hotel or go downstairs. The ice machines are all broken except the 2nd floor. The only have them on 2, 4, 6 and anyway not every floor. Now with 4 and 6 broken the entire hotel has to use the 2nd floor. The hotel clearly does not care the restaurant business which is very unfortunate. The other HGIs in the area are doing amazing business and serving good food. However, this one they are not doing room service, no menu or QR code in the room. If you want to order you have to come downstairs to even see a menu, you have to place your order, and then wait for your food to take back to your room. You can't even call the restaurant on the phone to ask them what's on the menu. When I called the front desk the person did not even offer to find out for me or take my order over the phone and take it over like many of the other HGI's will do. Customer service is not what this location is about any more sadly. The little pantry is limited there are a few random chips or sweets, a couple travel items, and a cooler with drinks and alcohol. There are NO meals such as microwave lean cuisines like many of the other HGIs have. So you don't have a great restaurant opportunity and no microwave options. Best best is to grab food before you come, go out, or order delivery. Don't count on eating from the hotel. Then it gets better....the hotel refuses to allow delivery drivers to bring food or orders to the room. You then have go down to the main lobby to pick up your food. The room is ok, its become dated and used. Housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning the shower or sink. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable to sleep on. The ac control is very old and hard to adjust because the buttons my be worn out. Internet is ok for basic social media or email. If you have files to upload or download that are larger its not good. I had a few files that were about 1gb each that needed to load into the cloud and was listed at 5 hours. I switched to my cell hotspot and was 10 minutes. Overall not to the standard expected from a HGI and Hilton brand. I hope they are able to get their act together sometime in the future.

Tried to check in using the app which was not successful and upon arriving the young lady at the desk (Samantha) was not able to give us keyless access to our room. We had to switch rooms several times. The first room clearly showed that housekeeping did not disinfect the bathroom. It was hair all around the tub that looked like pubic hair along with a used bar soap. The next room looked cleaner but the foul smell upon entering was disturbing and disgusting. It smelled like shi*t and sewer water! I told Samantha she told me she could send someone to spray the room with air freshener. I went to Walmart to buy Lysol and a candle for the room. But on my ride back to the room as I thought of the foul smell I knew my stomach would not be able to tolerate the smell. (I honestly feel like calling OSHA and reporting this issue) I asked Samantha to switch my room & if I wasn't satisfied if I could get a refund she told me no & I would have to speak with a manager tomorrow. Mind you I paid for a refundable room. Thank goodness the third room had no odor and the tub was cleaner. But the beds are hard we woke up with back aches each morning. The AC doesn't work neither did the phone in the room. Upon booking we were excited about the pool and hot tub but upon viewing the property the pool & hot tub is cemented, the website still advertises both amenities! We also noticed that the bathroom door has to be closed if you want to access the shower or toilet. Samantha did text to check in on us but at this point she's useless, I rated a 2 star just to be nice. But a Hilton credit would be appreciated being we had to suffer for 4 nights.
