HK Seafood use to be Katy Seafood. This restaurant feed us all my life. I'm 48 now. The new owners have a variety of foods. I hit the Lo Mein which is my favorite. She did a good job. The owner is very sweet and kind.

Wow! I decided to give them a try again that turned into my last time. I call to order 3 items. The Staff, one an older woman, recognized as Bring the possible Owner from my walk in Visit. She was very rude, She could not understand me most of the time so I had to keep repeating myself. I asked how each Order would be prepared and The count of each item. This upset her I guess expecting me to already know. Once we put together the order I asked for the total cost which she basically told me she didn't have time to give me, she had other Customers waiting. So she said I was to just come in and pick up the order then hung up. I can't do Business with people like this. My walk in visit for the first time, she was impatient, I asked to take a picture of the menu and I would sit in my car to decide what to order. She told me that I would not be coming back. I went out to my car a saw her looking to see if I would leave, she came outside. I order fried shrimp and egg roll. I didn't care for the Shrimp, because they were Dry/Over cooked with heavy batter and flat or Butterflied. I don't like Shrimp cooked that way but my fault, I didn't ask. I knew from that I would not order Fried shrimp there. If the # 38 came with a side o don't know because I wasn't given any. I asked for # 38 add 2 shrimp. The egg rolls were good. I saw the sign for Turkey necks and wanted to try today. If you are ok with bad Customer Service, then go or keep going there, for me I am out.

I was a first time customer just wanted to try the boil shrimp. They were to my liking spicy and good. I'll have to go back and actually try the food especially after reading some of the reviews.

Food is good, wouldn't go back for two reasons: small portions and sub par customer service. They do not accommodate your orders. I asked several different instances to customize orders because they were different people and nothing. She was stern and did not want to budge. Was very short with me and rude, even though I was being nice. Also, the packaging was horrible. Since it was a large order, she didn't want to waste money giving me several bags so she gave me an old cardboard frame for my food. Not a box, just a cardboard platform used to hold drinks. The sauce spilled EVERYWHERE!!! Here's what I ordered and how it tasted: 2 piece Catfish w/Combo rice (shrimp, chicken, & sausage) -- Good fish, seasoned well but not spectacular. Fried rice is not really seasoned. Only tastes good because of the sausage. We asked to pay for extra sausage THREE times and the woman ignored our requests. Comes with 4 pieces of lettuce (not joking), one tomato, some ranch on top of that, and a slice of toast. Oh, and tartar sauce. Combo Lo Mein (chicken, beef, & shrimp) -- Not as good as I'm used to. Not well seasoned but good enough to not throw away. Comes with cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and choice(s) of meat. Good portion because noodles are cheap. They only give good portions for noodles and rice dishes. Garlic Parmesan Wings They are wing pieces, not a full wing. Seasoning is pretty good! The wings were just a little too crispy. Typical garlic parm seasoning, just not any parmesan. General Tso's Chicken It is also not what I am used to. It isn't horrible, kind of a tangy sweet chicken. But again, not seasoned good enough. They do not have Orange Chicken or Curry Chicken from what I was told. Never have been to a Chinese food place that doesn't have Orange chicken. Overall, I would not go back. There is another Chinese food restaurant about 10 min from this one that I love, I just didn't want to make the drive.
