I am waiting for a refund of $181 from 4/21. I called in to cancel their cancellation fee of $16.45 only. However the representative cancelled my entire reservation and is charging me $105 cancellation fee. That was the amount of the room. They told me I would get a Full refund. This is highway robbery! I canceled the cancellation fee within 10 minutes. Now they are trying to keep my money.

I worked at this facility & this is the worst managers any would could have Aspen Crockett & Nathalie Nabil Eldanaf, are so careless to their guest. Car's were getting broken into/ stolen from property & all management said it's their fault because "they're dumb". Very unfortunate to be a guest paying full price & still not cared for ! Managers would always "hide" in back office & tell us the employees so tell guest " to leave the property" or "call the cops" they never did try to understand customers . Paying 11$ the hour to ALL employees even if you had hotel experience or BILINGUAL. Nathalie Nabil Eldanaf threatened previous employees with immigration status very unfortunate place & management to work or even stay here .

Exceptional front desk for the morning staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Hot breakfast was good and the night staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again on my next visit. Family Friendly hotel.

I am a Holiday Inn Platinum Elite, so I stay at these a lot. This one is close to a house I'm remodeling so I stay here frequently. The rate varies a lot I've seen weekends for 140+ there are four hotels in walking distance I'm not paying that I can stay next door for half this and buy my own breakfast with the difference. Speaking of breakfast the last two times they run out of food and once I was told they were not making more. I would Expect better management. I've notified IGH and was told I would be contacted never was. So this weekend staying at a choice property. I won't be back to this Holiday Inn if I can avoid them

My husband, 2 year old son, and I stayed here this past Saturday evening. We had an extremely pleasant stay. First off there was a Taylor Swift concert in the area and nearly every hotel was booked. After driving around looking for a hotel room we decided to stop and google hotels. When we called Lindsay answered and kindly reserved a room for us that evening. She was very professional and helpful. When we arrived it was filled with people. There was some sort of baseball team staying there. Thankfully we received one of the last available rooms. We have been on a road trip from California heading to Texas. This hotel was by far the cleanest and had the nicest personnel of all of our stops. The manager was extremely kind as well. (I unfortunately didn't get her name). We definitely had a great experience and wanted to share it with others.

We stayed at this hotel so we could attend the UIL State Wrestling championship. I was worried since I hadn't been to this hotel and you truly never know until you arrive. First impression, the location was very well lit up when pulling into the hotel. While checking in there were several people sitting in the lobby/dining area. The front desk personnel was busy helping other customers but welcomed us and let me know they would be with us shortly They checked us in and gave us the keys to our hotel room. ( all rooms booked) Lobby clean, halls clean, elevators working and clean. The room was clean and the bed and pillows extremely comfy. They had an extra pillow and sheets placed on the sofa (wasn't needed but nice to have) Shower, body wash, conditioner and shampoo located in the shower. Very thankful as I left mine at the house and didn't realize until I woke up the next morning. I'm extremely pleased with the accommodations and plan to stay again next year. Highly recommend especially for the price, location and the reason it was needed. The breakfast was amazing.

If there was a way to leave no stars, I wouldn't leave any but since I have to leave at least one - that's the reason there's one star instead of zero. Where do I start? For reference, we stayed here this weekend (Aug 6, 2021 through Aug 8, 2021), actually still on the road as we checked out around 10:45am. Also, for background, this was our 2nd time staying here and the first experience I probably would've gave 4 stars but the stay we just had...TOTALLY different! The entire stay was $205, right? (We booked through Expedia - RESERVE NOW, PAY LATER) - This means Expedia doesn't have anything to do with any charges. The morning of Aug 6, Holiday Inn charges my card the $205...cool. We get to the hotel to check in, the clerk charges my card $25 that she said would be refunded after check out...cool. Fast forward to check out, I randomly go check my bank account and see there was a charge of $102.70. I call the hotel about 30 minutes after realizing and she nonchalantly says it'll fall off within 3-5 business days (with an attitude). At this point, I'm confused as to why I would get charged what seemed like an authorization charge at check out and not check in. Weird. So I randomly go check my account for the 2nd time and see ANOTHER charge for $410.80. At this point I'm like WTF. I call the hotel again and it's a different person who answers the phone, named Charday, who is explaining the situation (or trying to) and admits it was their fault as they were trying to fix the mistake from the first wrongful charge and it "accidentally" charged my card and she said it'd post back to my account tomorrow (which how can you guarantee that if banks usually post refunds within 3-5 business days, depending on the bank). So I'm like okay, frustrated and get off the phone to collect my thoughts. I go back to my bank acct to double check everything is all good with other charges and notice ANOTHER MF charge for $77.70. THIS WAS THE 3RD RANDOM, WRONGFUL CHARGE!!! I call back LIVID at this point and the rep that answered the phone, named Uriah who wasn't helping so I ask for someone higher than her and Charday gets back on the phone. I begin to question where these charges came from, what did they "accidentally" charge and why is this happening. Charday isn't answering ANY of my questions, can't tell me where these charges came from and keeps trying to validate by saying "it was an authorization charge." Like, ma'am - ain't that much authorization in the world for you to charge my card 3 DIFFERENT times with 3 DIFFERENT amounts. This got fishy, scammy and underprepared front desk representatives written all over this situation. DO NOT STAY HERE, CHECK YOUR BANK ACCT & I wonder how many other people they wrongfully charged. CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW!!! See pictures for reference, I can't make this up.

It was clear that there was no management at the hotel on duty. At all. The elevator area was always dirty, you could smell that people we're smoking marijuana from the hallways. It was like a free for all without any management to be seen. It's a modern decor hotel, but you can tell it needs to be run a whole lot better. The sanitizing stations were empty, people in the common areas weren't wearing masks, etc. There are way too many other choices of hotels to stay in the area, will NOT be staying here again.

We emergently traveled from west Texas as our newborn nephew passed away. We booked this room last minute not knowing where we would stay. It turned out we didn't need the room and tried to go through the cancellation process. The woman answering at the desk was very kind, I wish we had been able to deal with her. The manager, not the same. We were charged the cancellation fee, which was fine, although under the circumstances I feel this could have been waived. However, they then charged us a no-show fee along with a cancellation fee. This is garbage customer service, and during a time of grief for us. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, I highly recommend trying one of those if you want customer service.

I stayed at this hotel from Friday 1/25 to 1/27 because unfortunately I had to attend a funeral. The level of unprofessionalism was unreal. There was a young lady there was was just the most unprofessional person I've witnessed. She was in the lobby with her friends doing her toe nails. Another night I came in at 8pm and the doors were locked when a sign said that the doors would be locked from 11pm-5am and she told me to use my key and then said she can lock the doors at anytime. After coming back to the hotel at 2pm on the 28th after the funeral My room was not cleaned. The trash needed to be thrown out and I had to request for someone to come clean the room. I can go on and on... I also sent a long descriptive email to the Manager of this hotel and didn't get a response. I've been to several holiday inn's and this is by far the worse.
