Terrible hotel. The housekeeping staff stole $2,500 in cash that I left in my backpack. I reported it to the police, but after their investigation together with the hotel manager, there was no progress--because there are no security cameras in the hallways and no safes in the guest rooms. Housekeeping staff can just walk into your room freely and take your money. And this is not an isolated case. My colleagues who are also on a business trip here have all had money stolen by housekeeping to varying degrees. The hotel management clearly allows this behavior to continue. As far as I know, at least seven of my colleagues had their money stolen while staying here. Chaotic management, unsafe environment. My advice: if you don't want to lose your money, stay away from this hotel. Absolutely awful!

The reviews of this hotel are accurate. I would not stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room was hot as hell when we got in and only 1 bedroom ever cooled off. Also found a dead cockroach by the sink. The room also had a musty smell to it. I usually take bad reviews with a grain of salt, but I completely understand why this hotel is so poorly rated. I would stay away.

I have really tried to like this hotel. Most of the front desk staff are really nice and Dafne is also very nice but they fail to execute even the most basic tasks at this hotel. I have spent maybe 30-40 days here last year and and wrapping up 8 nights with 3 rooms this year so far. There is always some issue. When I checked in at 4 pm yesterday only 1 of my 3 rooms was ready. When I returned around 6 it was what felt like a 15 min wait while they talked with and printed an application for some guy looking for a job. I'm sorry tell him he has to come back or wait and handle your guests checking in first. When I finally got to my room there was a freaking dirty towel hanging in the bathroom which makes me really question if it was even cleaned since it seems even they even went in there they would have seen it. I threw it out in the hall about 6pm where it remained this morning at 8:30am which also tells me no one checks the floors or cleans anything overnight. This morning I see almost every table is dirty for breakfast and guess what else I see? A full beer glass that was left from last night and cheese on the floor from chili cheese dogs that was from last night also. I personally saw these items last night so what does that tell me? They didn't clean up after the reception nor this morning. Last week on Thursday they didn't even bother cleaning my room and I was out of it in the lobby working by 11am and back around 6. When I told two people about this they didn't apologize or anything, it was like they are used to hearing about this. I'm pretty much done with this location. I stopped staying here for a while as there are two other Homewood Suites not far from here and actually there is a Fairfield and staybridge suites the next exit down....

Room was adequate but warning to anyone that does book, Do not accidentally leave something in the room as it "disappears" and is not turned in by house keeping. My fault for leaving the item, but I would have expected some honesty as I returned later in the day to pick up the item and was delayed until the next day. No one called me back the next day so I called again. After much discussion of their cleaning procedures, I even asked if anyone looked exactly where I left it (it was on the bathroom mirror and would have blended into the surroundings and easily not noticed) and I was assured that housekeeping thoroughly cleans each room and all drawers, counter tops, etc. are checked and then the room is checked by another person "the manager", who does the same. There was not time for it to get set aside in some lost and found box and eventually discarded. It was a nice mirror and someone decided to keep it. Like I said, my fault for leaving it but not what I am very disappoinnted and expected from a Hilton branded hotel. A Hilton Honors member

This hotel is pretty new (opened Aug 2018) and the rooms are big and clean! The kitchen area is well stocked with pots, pans, dishware and utensil. They even provide dish washing soap and a sponge. There's a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and an electric stove top. Next to the kitchen is a small dining table. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure is good in the bathroom. They have happy hour Mon - Thu 5p-7p with complimentary appetizers and beverages (including beer and wine). I had a bowl of cream of broccoli soup and it was pretty good. I should of read the reviews before I came here. I get here and they say the room I booked is getting fumigated. What? Bed bugs? Who knows. You have to ask for room cleaning and they don't give it. Even Motel 6 has maid service. I have to walk to the front for towels, coffee, soap and, so on. Last time I stay here . I'm sure they don't care and management won't contact me.

Warm and uncomfortable rooms, no room service, rude staff. Forget good sleep if you like sleeping on a cool bed, it is warm. The beds are also uncomfortable as the sheets are too small and are not even tucked in. They don't service your room.

Not the best out of Hilton. The rooms are good but the cleaning crew needs to step it up. Long hair everywhere, furniture has nasty stains on it, staff is good though and breakfast is ok.

Very good hotel but a bit old cause' you can hear from upstair guests. But very good customer service. Especially kudos to the front desk lady Mycne. She was great and very enthusiastic in helping me to swap a room to 319 from second floor. Thank you!

Bathroom was dirty, still had dirty towels hanging behind the door. The refrigerator was dirty. There were dishes in the dish washer that hadn't been washed. We didn't realize all of this until coming in from long night at tourney. During the night the room temperature just changed to 58 and no matter what we changed it to, it just climbed back down to 58. My daughter was asleep and freezing. I had to put a jacket over her with the already thin blanket. It was 2am when I woke from being so cold or I would have called down, I just tried to go back to sleep since we had another long day of tourney play in the morning. I'm marking this location off my list when they send us the list of hotels we can stay at.. ridic
