Hotel is nice & comfy never seen any roaches or nothing outta line. But the guy with glasses & chili bowl hair cut is a dickhead very disrespectful & lazy he definitely doesn't need to be front desk. Every time I see him at the desk I don't even bother u just find another hotel. Staff sucks !!! Very rude ! House keeping very rude aswell they'll barge in the room just because 12am is time for them to leave so they expect you to be ok with them rushing you out the room so they can leave on time. It's not my issue that house keeping leaves @12am I had the room till 12:15 but the house keep standing at door & opened the door 2x cause they're ready to go home, explain what does there time have to reflect on mines ?

Me and my husband checked in around 9:30 and the first room we received there was a leak in the restroom from the toilet and we could not wash our hands due to low water pressure we then received another room and the second one had roaches in the refrigerator and they refused to clean it and there were men outside there rooms loud music smoking etc refused us a refund as well then the guy at the front desk asked us to leave because we had to many complaints after a fight had broken out in the parking lot . I refused to leave because he refused a refund he was very disrespectful and he let the guys fight in the parking lot didn't call 911 or anything just watched .

After a totally unexpected snowstorm in San Antonio that made me miss my connecting flight in Houston (I was headed to sunny Miami), I had my flight rescheduled for the next day. There was no way I was spending the night in the airport, so I went on Hotels.com and found the Hotel Bella. It's a 30 minute drive ($33 on Uber) drive from the airport, but that was negated with the experience I had there. What a little gem! You can't beat it for the price. I got a junior suite (but will be getting a studio next time we're in town), and it was super comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was mega-comfortable and plush, and I slept like a baby. The TV swivels 180 degrees and there's a small sitting area with plantation shutters on the windows. The bathroom is gorgeous - all dark tile with above-counter sinks, shampoo/conditioner/soap in dispensers on the shower wall, and a waterfall showerhead. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator, plus a coffee maker. Complimentary breakfast is from 6 am until 9 am, with offerings such as breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, Kashi cereals, oatmeal, Naked mini-juices, and an amazing coffee machine that dispenses Mokalitas (for those of you not familiar with this amazing drink, it's coffee with Abuelita hot chocolate). The lobby is modern and airy, with long tables, a TV and sitting areas. Checkout is at noon, which gave us plenty of time to nap before we decided to scrap the rest of our trip to Miami and drive back to San Antonio! We will most definitely stay here again!

This place is great , not a fan of the firmness of the beds but everything else is awesome . Clean and the rooms are nice and cold .

This is probably the best hotel I've been to for its price level, and I hope it doesn't change. There were a few things about the hotel that were a little off, but just the pillowtop mattress alone was worth the cost of staying there. The TV, A/C system, lighting, shower with pulse-massaging showerhead were great plusses. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to a family with small children. The sink, although nice, is too high for small children to reach the handles, and there aren't any playgrounds or pools for them to play in. It's definitely more for singles, business travelers, or maybe even couples who just need a place to sleep. They do have pretty much only healthy breakfast options, however, there's a Raising Caine's and Wendy's right in front of the hotel and a Walmart across the street, which is open 24 hours. A couple of caveats were that the sink looked a little unfinished on the sides of the counter, and I probably should've checked, but they had already charged me for the rooms in the morning of my check-in. I had planned to use my other card when I arrived, but they said it was already paid for, which surprised me, because I'm used to hotels charging either after checking in, or at check-out. Luckily, I was okay with it, but this could be a major issue for some people. Still, did I mention the bed? I would take off 1/2 a star, but it was still 5 stars for the price of the room. Don't know if I'll ever visit Houston again, but I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby is a lot smaller than I thought but I won't be sitting in there. Both the junior suite and the studios are beautiful and roomy. The junior suite had a beautiful layout for the bedroom with a gorgeous hue lighting. If you want more bedroom space go for the junior suite. The bathroom has a basic large rectangle showhead with great water pressure and a lot of length to the shower. The studio is large with a basic hotel setup. The bathroom has a waterfall and side nozzles. If you are interested in a great shower room go for the studio.

If I could give it a 0 I would, I came to try and stay a night and the owner was so rude. I told him if I could book just for one night and he asked for my ID so I gave it to him. He then told me I wasn't old enough, I'm 19 by the way and I told him I was of age and he kept denying me, luckly I stayed one super close by where they had great service. I'm still not sure if it was because I look 12 and he probably thought I was carrying a false ID but it still doesn't excuse the way he had handled the situation.

We stayed here when the hotel was brand new and enjoyed our stay. I recently stayed here and the shower head had water going in every direction but down. We ended up have to take a shower with the shower heads coming out the wall which cane out too strong causing a puddle outside the shower.. The closet door in the restroom never closed. The door to the room look like someone tried to break in.. The room was okay not like when we first came.

HORRIBLE! My boyfriend and I took a chance because we normally go to the same place and it was a great price! Soon as we walked in the room the bed was unmade and the bathroom had towels on the floor. I was disgusted! You would think the worker would try and fix the situation a simple apology and a room change would've been fine but NO! I got questioned as if I was lying. I would never stay here again! I will sleep in my car before I EVER! A refund should've been given honestly. Horrible service.

Stayed here a while ago before I had my surgery. Beautiful place! It is so much fancier than the price would suggest. Simple things made this place one of my favorites. A tv that rotated 180 degrees, living space, a desk and a bedroom. Not too big and not too small. The shower was AMAZING! And it was conveniently located next to two restaurants and across the street from a Wal-Mart. All walking distance. More people should be at this place. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will be back!
