Reserved a bus for friends in December. The staff was very helpful but on the day of they called snd said the bus is behind schedule from a prior engagement. I understand that it is difficult to schedule as u never know what can happen but the burden should not be on me. He said 30 minutes late. Max 40 minutes. Bus was 1hr late!! My friends had to wait in the cold because of this. Disappointed. Wish I read yelp before reserving

DO NOT TRUST THIS GROUP. I booked a bus for my wife's birthday and they failed to show up. I had to call to check on their status 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup and they made an excuse about a driver having complication and they maybe could get someone to us in a few hours. "Did you have reservations you needed to get to?" Uhhh...yeah, that's why we booked you! Don't fall for this scam service like I did - go with another company.

Houston Party Ride was absolutely terrible!! I rented a stretch Hummer limo from them for my son's 10th birthday and was so disappointed in what we received. The limo's AC was not working properly and it was extremely warm. When the driver dropped the party off at the restaurant my husband notified the driver of the issue hoping he could resolve it but when they got back in the limo was still extremely warm. It seemed like the AC was malfunctioning, it was either low on Freon or the compressor was going out because it was blowing hot air. I notified the company as soon as the party was dropped off at the restaurant and then at the end of the night (we released the limo an hour and half early due to the heat and uncomfortable to ride in) and they were not willing to take responsibility. Instead they put the blame on the kids in the limo and disclosed they were recording minors without parent consent. They were not willing to try and resolve this issue at all. I was extremely disappointed in the service we received. I will be sure to tell everyone to not book with this company in the future.

I would not recommend booking a party bus with this company. The bus that showed up for our event was nothing like the bus I booked. I had booked a 20-22 passenger party bus and was provided photos of the bus during the booking. The bus that showed up was an old airport parking shuttle bus and looked nothing like any of the busses on their website. The windows and exterior had been spray painted black to look like a party bus. There were extension cords running all through the thing that looked like they set up the LED light system the night before. The bus was about half the size of what I was promised. I booked the 20-22 passenger party bus so that we had room to spread out. The bus we were given barely fit 13 of us. We had passengers sitting on coolers as there was not enough seating. The heating and cooling on the bus was terrible, the driver drove with his window down the entire way down and back from College Station on the highway. It sounds like this type of thing is not uncommon. There was a girl on our bus who booked a party bus with a similar type of company a year ago and the same thing happened. The bus that showed up was nothing like the pictures shown at the time of booking. I would highly recommend booking with a reputable company like AFC or Sam's Limousine. Stay away from these guys!!!!!!

Do NOT use this company. Most dishonest people to work with and in my opinion a scam! I booked the 18 Pass H2 Hummer Party Bus - even sent pictures and confirmed during booking this was the vehicle I was booking. I also have the contract that shows the vehicle I booked. What showed up was a Ford Expedition converted to a party bus and in my opinion was disgusting! The driver also couldn't even figure out how to play music for the first 30 minutes of the ride. I had my husband call the company and demand they correct the error and bring the Hummer. Manager said he'd call him back. Once the manager called him back, he told my husband I texted with him and said we'd be fine with a 50% discount. The manager NEVER texted or spoke with me and this was a complete lie! Driver did show me a screenshot of text his manager sent him and it was NOT me! I couldn't tell the phone numbers involved in the text string but I know it wasn't me. Just overall horrible experience and would like future customers to BEWARE....this place is SHADY!!!
