The manager Tonya in the Willowbrook location had to be the rudest manager I have spoken with in management in while. And im a manager of an establishment. Your a manager of an established where people dont wanna be but have to due to there situation. So being overly agressive, belittle and over talking because you think you have the right over people is WRONG! Guest have a hard time expressing comments when the person in charge is rude and will kick you out at any given moment. Intown suites yall need to handle your management issue to bring about change. Unless yall ok with being the rude management, broken appliances, bug (spiders and roaches literally everywhere) establishment. Also might wanna lock up your valuables also they WILL go in the room when your not around and won't count for missing items. RUN AWAY DONT WALK

I'm not comparing this hotel to a fine hotel. I'm giving a review for what we paid which was under $75. Believe me I was looking to find fault somehow (1960 Willowbrook area? Come on!!!) but lo, there was nothing to fuss about. I"m good with sparse amenities. The towels are few. Blankets are adequate, pillows could have been a little better condition, they were not fluffy, but not pancake flat either. Surprisingly, they were very comfortable, as was the bed. InTown Suites was very quiet. I've had louder accommodations at a high priced hotel. Sanitary wrapped toothbrushes in the rooms already had a minty cleanser on them. We didn't have one single problem here. The shower was great, pressure, heat, it was clean. It did not smell (some rooms smell like carpet fresh or worse, sweaty man) but this just smelled like a room that did not have the air on. There was a hair dryer, but I did not notice if there is a iron or a board. Big screen TV with lots of channels, in various languages. WiFi was better than what I've experienced at higher priced hotels. For Real!!! We stayed here at the last minute, only wanting a place to sleep as our rooms are being painted and we couldn't stand the fumes any longer. We were very pleasantly surprised. Don't come looking for a regal room and you'll be ok. I felt safe, it was quiet, clean rooms, clean parking lot. I'd say go for it unless you are looking to be pampered with frills, a nationally recognized hotel name and free breakfast.

Intown suites has been great to me every time especially at this location! Clean rooms, great hospitality, and lets not forget to mention the office manager Tammy who is amazing! She runs a smooth, tight shift and without her this place will probably burn down. (I'm just saying) Overall I enjoyed my stay. Not to mention its very convenient to all the shopping areas including the 5 minute travel to Willow Brook mall! :) Highly recommend!!!

Do not stay here!!! They scam your money and try to get away with giving your refund back!! I rented the hotel for a week and didn't even got to stay the night and was kicked out because my son was dropping off my luggage and didn't check in even though I gave him my key to get in. He was later confronted by the front desk lady to get kicked out. I was then told for me to go and pick up my $316 that I had payed before 7 pm. I had to get off early to make there on time to later find out that she couldn't refund my money!! The lady in the receptionist said I had to talk to the manager but her business card said she was the general manager. I keep calling and phone is always busy.

Overall this place was nice to stay at. The only reason we will never do business with an Intown Suites again, is because of the Regional Manager, Nadia. She was extremely rude, she didn't introduce herself to my boyfriend and I or anything. She came yelling at my boyfriend with papers that I had signed over a year ago about my service dog. I told her she didn't have to be so hostile, there was no reason to yell. She kept yelling, and I had to mention again to stop disrespecting my boyfriend when we haven't given you anything but respect. Always paid on time, never had any complaints the entire time we stayed there. She then yelled yet again , "okay , i'm sorry!!!!". I said , "yes, you are sorry." She then refused to talk to us, because she was obviously having a bad day. Mind you, my dog got attacked on their property on the stairs. $1500 vet bill, because someone's dog wasn't on leash. Nadia refused to talk about that with us, and since that is the case we are taking legal action. Terrible Regional Manager, very piss poor attitude and miserable woman.

Jose and his staff were wonderful. We stayed here during our home renovation for a month and they were awesome. I highly recommend this location. Rooms are newly renovated and very nice.
