The location is well kept. The grounds were nicely trimmed, grass looked great. Very welcoming even next to the old Spots Authority building. For the location/area it was very inviting. From what I can see from my car, the window was clean and free of clutter. Cups, lids and napkins were stacked neatly and the floor were real clean. Drive thru was fast and friendly. James provided some much needed awesome customer service. I wish more places were like this. Great place... I thanked him for his great service. I guess, most people only hear the bad to often. I wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you James and keep up the positive attitude!!

Here we go. AGAIN. Terrible customer service at this location as usual late night. Don't come here!! Go to the location off 1960 closer to 290. The females at this location miserable bro. Don't bother coming here until they fix it

Shout out to the midnight crew on 7/7/24 @ 2am for holding the line down and make it a fast process. I ordered tacos and egg rolls, when I got my bag I automatically assumed I needed to ask for hotsauce and sweet and sour.... As I was checking my bag and asking at the same time, she gave me an "I already did" look. Bless you.... Most people at this hour don't give a single care. Your rock after hours crew!!

I wanna give a huge thank you and shoutout to the African American woman with bright orange braids and bangin lash extensions. It was midnight and most of the time I'm used to workers being over it, which is understandable. She was every bit of kind and sweet to me and she didn't know it but I'm 12 weeks pregnant and she doesn't know how much her kindness made my day. I'm a manager for macys and she's exactly the kind of person you'd want doing customer service. And she looked like she was the only one at the front manning the drive thru and serving at the window. Kudos to you girl, I hope you have a blessed life.

Almost 30 minutes waiting in the drive-through and my order was very basic. Just some two for one tacos they did not even have hot sauce. That's ridiculous. I asked who the manager was on duty and I was told there was not. I asked what the reason was that they took almost 30 minutes for me to sit in the drive-through and was given no explanation as to why There was plenty of staff at least five or six that I saw, and the customers were not even that much that is ridiculous.

This is a weird place or at least it was during my visit. Upon approaching the restaurant we found that the side was locked and had to enter through the front door, it was a omen. Placed our order and was amount ready to fill my drink cup and found out that most of the soda selections were out of order. So we had to go back to the counter each time to have the drinks filled and refilled. Sitting down at one of the tables, it looked like this place has not been cleaned in quite awhile. I will admit the food was on par with other Jack In The Boxes. During our meal, the cook took the garbage can and blocked the front door. This closed off access to the inside of the restaurant and people could not enter. There was no signs or explanations on why this was done. If back in the area, this will not be a stopping point.

Pulled up and was told he couldn't take our order. E side he was the only one there. We were also the only people in line, so it would have taken 2 minutes to throw tacos in the fryer. I guess whoever owns the place is paying this guy to tell people no one is working and he isn't taking any orders....0 stars!
