Let's talk about it. First time visiting Jack in the Box, fresh off the plane in Houston and ready to see what the hype's about. Spoiler alert: there isn't much. We ordered the Bacon Double Smashed Jack Burger, and let me tell you -- it looked like the love child of a Burger King Whopper and a Wendy's Double Stack... just without the flavor. It was all meat, no magic. Thick patties, lots of bite, but zero seasoning. It was really hitting on nothing. Now let's talk about the curly fries -- they were extra crispy in the way that says "we forgot about these in the fryer." They tasted like they wanted to be Arby's fries, but got left behind in the group chat. Dry, overcooked, and aggressively forgettable. And then -- the tacos. Oh man. Easily the worst thing I've eaten in the past year. Greasy, soggy, and barely holding together, like someone dared to deep fry a disappointment. Taco Bell's basic crunchy taco would sweep these in a street fight. The vibe inside? Funny enough, it looked like an old school Taco Bell that never got the renovation memo. Dim lights, weird energy, and not a lot of love. Final rating: 4 out of 10. Would I come back? Probably not -- unless I lose a bet or all the other fast food joints are closed. Catch me somewhere else next time -- this one's getting a hard pass.

Quick run for lunch. Order taken and food delivered. Easy transaction. Food was good. The sourdough burger is smaller than I remember in the past but was still good. I had curly fries and a Fanta zero , peach flavored.

We ordered regular hamburgers w/o onions but with cheese on one and no cheese on the other. We expected lettuce, tomato and pickles along with mustard. What we got was two junior burgers no cheese and nothing one one burger and the other had mustard and one pickle. Both basically had no taste and really was not worth it plus had to wait much longer than necessary. This is not a good location!

Always wanted to try a jack in the box because a friend told me you can get a chicken sandwich and an egg roll. This unique combination was what I was wanting to try because no where else does this...I can understand why now. I ordered the chicken sandwich and there were some pieces that were extremely hard to chew and very chewy. I was kind of disgusted with it honestly and it was smothered with Mayo which did not help either. I ordered the food in the drive through and they had me pull up in front to wait for my food. While I waited, the person came out a couple of times and asked if I had ordered the food he was carrying, which was for someone else. I can sense someone's food might get taken if they had I'll intentions. The area seemed kind of sketchy to say the least, I did not venture inside but I'm glad I stayed in my car. I probably will never return to this location.

I would love to give my traditional 3 star review for a fast food establishment, but for this location, I cannot. The consistently slow service provided here, as well as the freestyle Coca-Cola machine consistently not having the proper syrups, makes this place a 2 star visit at best. Let me give you an example of an experience here. I ordered a large coffee and was about to fill up my cup and the worker took the coffee container from my grasp. Only because I did not instantly react, and waited to see why she opted to pull the chair from underneath me did I get I get a moment of clarity. She wanted to ensure that the container was not devoid of coffee, which it was! I understand she wanted to ensure something was in there, but speak up before performing a jack move. The service is really slow, and it takes 10 minutes for the combo special is given to me. I problem arises though...it is 10 minutes later and I will have to officially ask for the coffee container back so I can get the coffee I ordered. She literally grabbed the container, turned on the coffee machine to start the brewing and dispensing process, and then left to work various areas of the place. I had to actually stop her from what she was doing in order to get her to put the container back in the area for customers to utilize it. I would not be me if I did not mention that many menu items are a tad bit higher because of the close proximity to the airport. If you want the same old, same old from Jack in the Box, then come here. If you do not mind waiting a little longer than normal, then come here. If you don't mind possibly getting charged a little more for the same items because you are close by George Bush Intercontinental Airport, then come here.

Horrible, rude service, dry, old, expired food, and the environment is pretty hostile.. possibly the worst jack in the box in Houston. This place needs to be torn down and put a rasing canes chicken instead.

there service is terrible one day I come here in the morning and they say their computers are down it's gonna be about an hour i come back the next day same time they say oh we don't have breakfast we're cleaning but we have lunch both times 4 AM
