The customer service is what I want to update about from the admin end. Amanda T reached out to apologize for the way my dinner service was handled. She was understanding, compassionate and made it right. I gave her the details and she made good on her end with a solution that we both agreed to. She made me feel like I mattered as a returning customer. She heard my concerns and never tried to make me feel guilty for speaking up. In fact, she thanked me. This is another reason I love doing Yelp reviews. Management or Owners sometimes don't know there is a problem unless we speak up. Thanks Amanda for your awesome effort to rectify the situation.

We love Jason's Deli. We each had the Mediterranean wrap. I had fruit, hubby had chips. This place is so clean and the staff is super friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food at all. And of course the free ice cream just tops it all off. There are quite a few places to eat around this place, but you won't be disappointed if you choose Jason's.

Looking for some place new for lunch last weekend I stopped in here. It's been many years since I've eaten at a Jason's Deli because I prefer non chain restaurants usually. This location is in a standalone building in the middle of a large shopping center with enough nearby parking for a high school football game. Inside its a counter service restaurant with a large main dining room. They also have reopened their self serve salad bar. I ordered the Beefeater sandwich with roast beast and provolone on a toasted roll with cup of au jus and a bag of chips for $12. It is listed as one of their Famous Favorites. The food arrived about 15 minutes later as I expected a 3 level meal and that's what I got. The food was average in taste and nothing really stood out. It wasn't bad mind you as it was acceptable. The cup of au jus tasted watered down too. I would consider returning to try something else but I'm not in a hurry.

Promise refund for incorrect orders but never received. Twice the order has been a mess and no they cannot bring you anything but they will refund it. Never got a penny back. Last order was for two turkey sandwiches and there was zero meat on them. Stay away . Take out sucks and you get nothing. Beyond pissed.

Highly recommend this Jason's Deli. Person taking our order listened very carefully, and everyting came out perfect. Professional staff and very clean deli. Don't forget to get the soft serve ice cream Too!

Did a pickup order...pastrami Reuben.. expert order handling....app gave pickup time..large portions..spicy tortilla soup is always good... Especially like space on any item on menu for "additional information" like easy on the Mayo or no jalapeños.....not offered on most other menus..32 oz drinks...salad bar a winner.. lots of options....

Good food for deli, cumbersome service, didn't offer any specials they had the time. Loud and casual ambiance, family seating and to go, no paper to go menu. Prices are highly and portions are average sized. Plenty of parking and well lit. Very busy traffic in the area.

I notice another customer, Julie F had same issue I have. I don't know if she lives in Houston. But I too was told I can only make 1 trip to the salad bar. If that was case I might as well order off the menu. I don't pile it on, I get a little at a time e since the bar has a lot of items. But I have never been told that before and I been going to this location since 2003. If it's a new policy post it on the door or the salad bar, post it on website. Let customers know. It's just kinda weird to be tapped on the shoulder and be told you can make one trip.
