I thought this place was really good! I was hesitant to walk in since it wasn't as busy, but I'm so glad I did. Food is easily customizable, portion size was good price was reasonable/good for downtown lunch that's not fast food. Food tasted fresh and had loads of flavor. I will definitely be back and try to bring more ppl so hopefully it survives the industry hustle.

We were already downtown, so I decided to give this restaurant a try. I ordered the Japchae and my other half ordered the Bulgogi sandwich. They were out of the Sashami Bibimpab, thus the sandwich. This was ordered to go. This restaurant is located underground, so you have to enter from 919 Milan only, then take the elevator or stairway to the basement. The eating area is in a large open area with tables and chairs, right outside the restaurant. Service was OK, not a lot of interact needed. I always order Japchae, as I rate mosr Korean restaurants with this dish when available. The first thing I notice wasa the Japchae had Kimchi in it. I did ask my Korean students about it, and they weren't familiar with Kimchi in Japchae. It also had a cooked egg on top. The taste was OK after I removed the Kimchi. Just not to my liking, and yes, I have been in Korea before. The sandwich was OK, just not great. If you are in the area, it may be a place to visit, but not to make a special trip for.

What a great find in the downtown tunnels! This place is a gem! Absolutely delicious and good portion size too. I had the sashimi bowl. Everything was fresh and flavors were perfect. Staff was friendly and explained options. You order on the iPad stations and they make it for you on the spot. Took under 1 minute. Easy to make any modifications if you want, just talk to them on the counter. Adding it to my downtown rotation for sure.

Good price for the amount of food, ordered the Bulgogi and a water and below $20 which is great for downtown prices. Food was definitely filling. They have a small menu, but something to fit most people's dietary needs. Salmon, chicken, beef, tofu, egg options. Order is by Kiosk and it is very quick. Wish I remembered to ask for a little more spice. I did enjoyed the food. Next time will try other things, but maybe with half the rice because I'm about to be worthless as my 1pm meeting.

It was just OK. I got the salmon crudo bowl. The advertising picture of my meal looked way better than what I actually received. The only thing that I had them leave out was the scallions, but there was no sign of the tempura seaweed strips that were in the picture. Also, this is a big one for me, they don't mention cilantro on the description of the bowl or as an option to exclude when ordering. I'm allergic to cilantro, so I wasn't thrilled to see the whole meal topped off with it. Thankfully I noticed it before eating. Overall, the whole bowl was just bland and boring. Even though the salmon was fresh, it didn't have much flavor to it, even the few pieces that were dusted with seasoning. The lettuce in my bowl also had very obvious brown spots on the middle spine.. not sure if that was intentional or just bad lettuce. Probably won't go back -$15 for a small scoop of salmon on undressed (and spotted) lettuce and plain dry shiso leaves seems like a waste.
