This is by far the best location hands down and I've only been to 2. I had an interaction with every worker on the clock and it was amazing My sandwich was made with love love. I felt like my siblings were making my food and I was the baby of the crew. I took a recommendation from the crew and was not disappointed! We were staying at the nearby Marriott Westchase for a convention and were in need of food that wasn't greasy, so we searched our options for sandwich shops. I've known about the Jersey Mike's brand for awhile, but had never been to one previously. The reviews on Google were better than the Jimmy John's in the other direction, so we decided to give it a go. The location was clean and in good condition. It was lunch rush so there were plenty of patrons, but the staff were working fast and efficiently, so the line didn't take long (besides, we needed time to study the menu!). There were lots of tempting options, but my husband and I agreed on a flavor. We split a medium sized sub to keep costs low (and because weighing in at about 250lbs combined, we don't exactly eat much LOL). Honestly, the price was the only downside and why I selected four stars instead of five. Like, my goodness, $17 for a "one-person" combo?? But we took it back to our hotel to eat and the flavor was excellent. We'll definitely keep Jersey Mike's in mind next time we're in a sandwich sorta mood. I miss Togo's back on the west coast/Cali where I grew up.

Jersey mikes is 5 stars but this location kinda skimps on the cheese , the provolone cheese is basically transparent it's so skinny. So I asked for 2 small extra slices (transparent small slice) each slice of cheese costs me 1$. Kinda ridiculous, other than that the food here is great, ima just stick to getting the hot sandwiches. It's a big Italian sandwich . It should have more than 2 transparent slices on a sandwich. I ordered a regular

I had received a voucher in the mail for this new location. They're much like other sub chains--great for a quick grab and go meal. Jersey Mike's has been around Houston for some time now, and I have had the chance to visit before years ago. I remembering their philly being pretty good. In shopping strip with Randall's, it's conveniently located. The sandwiches options are cold cuts or hot chicken and steak cheesesteaks. I ordered The Big Kahuna with peperoncinis on wheat. It's basically a philly with extra cheese. The meat was grilled fresh in view of the customer. I went ahead and took advantage of one of the five dine in tables and dug in. It was tasty enough. Meat was properly sliced nice and thin. Not sure if I'd go with the white American cheese it comes with. Definitely recommend for a quick hot or cold sandwich. They serve Pepsi fountain drinks and bottled beverages.

Had a last-minute craving worried about the closing time, I called the restaurant asking if it was OK they said not a problem at all the two gentlemen closing the restaurant were some of the most pleasant, smiling and hard-working guys. I believe his name was Kai. Working food service also customer service is so important and they always go above and beyond with making sure that everything is taken care of. I'd say it's probably the best Jersey Mike's location I've been to after being a customer for a long time clutch that they're so close to our house they're fast convenient and super pleasant, always smiles never stressed even with complex orders This is what true hospitality is all about

My spouse and I went in tonight for a light dinner and the young man with dreads that was there tonight was exceptional. He was very pleasant, patient, and respected my allergies. I definitely will be back a lot more and hope he gets the recognition he deserves, as it's obvious that he is a great asset to Jersey Mikes... Thank you sir for exceptional service! 10 stars!!!

I was standing at the end of the line waiting for a bit and only realized it was for food rather than ordering when one of the ladies noticed me and pointed to the front. I got the original Italian 12 in size so I could have half for lunch today and half for tomorrow. Wasn't busy, fast service, and good sandwich. The price difference for half and full size was like $2. Why would anyone pay $7ish for half a sandwich is beyond me...just get the whole one. Would come back!

I love sandwiches! I think I could eat them everyday and never get tired of it. So many possibilities! Jersey Mike's is terrific! They slice the meat as you order, pile it high and top it off with delicious oil and vinegar (if you get it "Mike's way") I love the condiments to meat to bread ratio at Mike's. I don't get a chance to eat here often because I don't have one very close to home, but I found one kind of close to work. The have a full menu to satisfy any sandwich craving, the staff are all very nice and the restaurant is clean. There are seats inside and outside. As mentioned earlier, Mike's way is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices (mainly oregano) and "juice", which to me, is the best part I love oil and vinegar on sandwiches. I don't do onions or oregano (it's a text thing for me on both), but I add pickles. JM subs are very filling and always great! The #8 Club Sub has perfectly cooked bacon! They have a great rewards program too. Download their app.

If you work here you'd see the legal requirement to have a sign behind counter that states the toxins on receipt paper, that it should not be touched or handled by pregnant women due to potential birth defects, and never consumed or touched by food.
