We stopped by a little after 6pm on a Wednesday. Door was locked. There were at least 2 employees inside. One of the employees motioned that there were closed. We waited at tables outside while my hubby went to restroom next door, I believe, Chipotle as we had an hour drive ahead of us. The employee that motioned that they were closed seemed to be getting restless because we were standing, waiting. I did not see a sign with operating hours.

First of all delivery took over an hour. & on the delivery status it said "eat" meaning it was delivered. It didn't show up until 2:56. & to top it off they called asking for a tip. Normally we tip cash. I have never been called & asked for a tip.

These poor souls. We came in on a Saturday at noon. No one was there. Yikes. There were two employees there. They were very confused with the computer. It reminded me of the scene from Zoolander -- "it's in the computer!" Alas, a few minutes later the most confused of the two tried to take our order. "Woof!" Too much to ask, which was a #9 and a #5 -- no changes to the sandwiches mind you. She called in support from her supervisor. He proceeded to ask -- hand to God -- no less than 3 times each what we wanted. I was literally laughing by the time it was done. Also, neither of us got the sandwiches we ordered. Don't go here.

Sometimes they're fast. Usually they're not. It has been over an hour since I placed my online order and I'm still waiting. The employees in store are also not very friendly when you go in person and are very vague when you call to check on delivery orders saying, "the driver left 50 minutes ago and should be there any minute." Although they never asked my name or order to give me an accurate ETA. Just a vague answer to get my off the phone. Note: I'm less than a mile away. In the past when I've ordered online they've sometimes forgotten items such as chips or the drink and I've had to wait another hour for them to correct it. It's not even worth it anymore to pay the delivery fee and tip. EDIT: I gave delivery another chance about 2 weeks later and this time it was even worse. It took an hour and a half for the order to be delivered. And just like last time, the ice in the drink completely melted, and watered down the soda. I tried calling the store a few times to check on the delivery status and I swear they probably blocked me. After a few calls I couldn't dial through at all!! So I tried to call corporate to get in touch with the store to cancel my over due order and they also didn't answer the phone. Ok. So no delivery. On my way by I decided to try drive-thru, and it too, was not a good experience. I pulled up to the intercom and the lady said she'd be right with me. No one in front of me and outside of lunch hours. I waited a few minutes in 91 degree heat with my window down and she never came back. I spoke up and she gave me the welcome to JJs message again. So I decided to start ordering and the whole time she was rushing me through my sandwich order. I wanted to make some modifications and she kept cutting me off. Whatever. We got through it. I pulled up to the window to pay AND SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO TIP!? Since when does that happen at drive-thrus? The ONLY pro to this whole review is that I'll be moving in a few days. I enjoy JJs food but this location has such bad service all around.

Nothing but good things to say about JJ. They are reliable. Service is outstanding. I've eaten from this location more times than I have checked in. Ordering through the drive thru is simple. There's something for everyone on the menu and the menu isn't overwhelming.They always get my order right. My drink is usually ready by the time I pull up to the window and my sandwich completed within a minute. If you're in a rush to grab lunch this is the quickest drive thru in the EC. Period. Every company/client I have worked for in the EC uses this location to cater lunch. Never any complaints. Good variety of sandwiches. I also love their chips and cookies. The only thing I wish is that a pickle came included with your meal. I don't mind paying for it but I often forget. Also, you need to be careful pulling out of the drive thru. The lane does both ways and the strips are really busy around lunch. The #12 + salt and vinegar chips + root beer soda is my go to.

Tipflation warning. After difficulty ordering in drive-thru the cashier asked if I wanted to add a tip. Jimmy John either pay your employees properly or shut down you are not a sit down restaurant that should be getting tips like waitstaff. Your entire restaurant staff is back of house.

Order sandwich and they didn't make it correctly at all. Brought it back to management and showed him and was told it was half correct. Ask them to make another and was given a dirty look. Terrible

My wife ordered two turkey toms - one for my daughter to eat there and one take out for me. The one that I got when we came home had no "turkey". So much for the thanksgiving weekend . We called back - talked to Brandon - and asked them to deliver the sandwich since the store is close by but they asked us to come back and pick up another sandwich. Sorry but you wasted a lot of my time for this. Not going to come back again.
