Delicious sandwich with quick and kind service! I got the country club with no ham and all the veggies and it was exactly what I wanted. Toasted perfection! Wait time was probs 5 mins. The place itself is clean with plenty of seating. The staff was kind and helpful as it was my first time at Jimmy John's so he walked me thru the menu and my options. Will def return.

Location: yale Staff: friendly and fast Seating: inside Parking: limited but usually you find one Wait time: 5 minutes from moment you order to moment you walk out so I would say no wait time.

Ordered from DoorDash and never got our food when we were told we would get it. We called DoorDash and they couldn't get the driver on the phone. We won't be ordering from DoorDash again. However, the customer service person that we talked to was very helpful and tried everything to accommodate us with this problem

I just wasted $18 at this JJ's. I ask the young man who just touch a phone, a writing pen/pad, wiped a counter top and leaned against a wall. I asked both sandwich preparers to change their gloves. The lady was yes immediately. The younger man got an attitude. I said I didn't nit want him to touch my sandwich. He touch it anyway. The other lady and my son were saying that he changed his gloves but at this point I watch him touching something else with those gloves too. My point is when a customer does not want you to serve them, then you listen. I think he may have been tge owners son and felt entitled to do whatever he wanted because they owned that franchise. I did take my sandwich that the dog will eat. I will never eat at this 174 Yale st JJs again.

After recently being introduced to JJs by my brother I have visited three locations in the past month. This one is by far the best. Clean sitting area, friendly staff, and my sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it. The gentleman at the register even recommended a different sandwich since I always order the #12 (Beach Club) with no cheese. Instead I got a #4 (Turkey Tom) and added avocado which saved me .25 for the same exact sandwich I always order. Sure it's only a quarter but I appreciate the recommendation and honestly. I asked for it "Jimmys Way" and he knew exactly what to add to it and it was in fact perfect. I certainly can't say that much for the Midtown location - they always tell me they don't know what that means. I received my sandwich loaded with veggies and the bread was soft. I think I'll make the extra few min drive to come here from now on when I'm not in the office and frequenting the downtown location.
