This place is named after the character in Grease: Kenickie Fried Chicken. I did it all for Kenickie (come on) Kenickie (come on) so you can take this hickie and write me a prescription for some blood clot medication YO. KFC stands for Kash Flow Consumption, because your entire cash flow will be consumed by eating here, they are SO overpriced these days I can't believe it! Not so much for the sandwich though, which is about what I expected. Just a little more pricy than Popeye's is all. Popeye's has the gold standard of chicken sandwiches, especially considering they're only $5 or less. Kentucky Fried Chicken I don't think is the worst in the world by any means, but it's far from being good. So this one came out and I gobbled it down and had mixed feelings. Not as tasty or spicy as Popeye's. Not as fresh tasting. Lukewarm and greasy and nothing on Popeye's at all. It wasn't too bad here but it wasn't too good either.

There's always an excuse to not go to this KFC in Crosstimbers they don't hire knowledgeable people and I don't even think it's that. I think it's that they don't train them right and then on top of that they're always out of everything they make you wait like 30 minutes for a two piece combo, they'll try to be friendly with you though. The only problem is your food won't be right there always missing items from your order. They don't check they don't do really anything. Oh, but if you get an online order, they make sure to check to see if you were the person, but they don't count the pieces of chicken

They won't let you look at the drive through menu and make up your mind what you want. I asked for a second to look at the menu and they responded rudel. They demand that you back up to the first menu, which has only a few items on it so you can't see the second menu. "We're on a timer" they say

Worst KFC ever, just left from there and they got my order wrong ordered the 12 piece special with three size and six biscuits and a free drink for total $31.19. The chicken was half done then at that didn't give me all the pieces of chicken don't eat there

I'm giving a review from more than a year ago, but I was very grateful for one of their staff, who probably doesn't even work there anymore, helping me out when they were out of barbecue sauce. I ordered my usual popcorn chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, and she took the barbecue sauce they use for their sandwiches and filled it in a small container. She did this on her own volition, so I greatly appreciated that. The place was pretty clean, and the food was great. Thank you!

Maybe its me, or maybe I visited this location today at an absolutely good time, however I am not going to let it stop me from giving these people and excellent review and a compliment.. It took, 2 minutes at the most, from the time I ordered, left the speaker, drove up to pay, receive my food, and drive smoothly off. So let's discuss how fabulous, the cashier Gloria was today. Don't it just makes you want to be nice and kind when they greet you with a smile, you can hear it in a persons voice when they are smiling,happy and cheerful. Even if you wanted to or thought about being rude (which I am not), it makes you want to talk nice on their level. Well this is how this young lady, sounded over the microphone, she recited my order the first time which let me know she was attentive, and asked me to drive around. Order was ready when I arrived to the window, like I said don't know what it was but I got great customer service today, I paid my bill, retrieve my meal, and drove off a happy camper. Your experience may not be the same as mines due to so many different factors, however you won't know until you stop by and give them a chance, great job KFC!

Several weeks back I stopped at my neighborhood KFC to get a family meal for the fam after work at about 5pm. The chicken looked and tasted like it was fried in old frying oil. It was dark and very oily. It left a film residue in your mouth after biting into it. Made a few of us sick as well. Didn't have food poisoning but did do a number on a few of us. Never going back there again.
