Had to make a early morning pit stop at my local original one arch. Look the history up! My family always laugh at me for holding on to gift cards with very little amounts. Throw it away they say, don't waste those people time scanning all those cards. Well I went to get breakfast for myself and the little rainbow baby and gave the guy several gift cards with .23, .85 etc and guess what I paid out of pocket.03 cents. The guy had no problem scanning to see what was left and discarding empty ones. So we had a great breakfast for the low low of 3 cents. In to use more for lunch. Thanks one arch for having patient workers, we this guy have worked this window for years and he is always pleasant. Keep up the great customer service

March 25, 2024 10:15 pm I was hoping my meal would be under 3$ did happen. So I canceled my order and settle with hot spicy. To my surprise the manager and the young man seen me struggling before graced me with a blessing. Thank you both for seeing a true struggle and lending out a hand. Be aware this McDonald is super super slow and provide no service so do NOT use the app as they will wrongfully charge you when you cancel an order! I cancelled order that was never bright to car never picked up they charged the account. I called and spoke to manager Claudia and said she would call back to reverse charges apparently she agreed it shouldn't have been charged but she NEVER called back charges remain on the account. I have tried calling back multiple times and nothing! Then reached out contacted customer service on the app they said the would reach out to franchiser and NOTHING. That was a waste of time. Customer service what customer service they were no help!! Just a system response NO customer service! Sharing to make public know they are slow and thieves! Go elsewhere here you get no service but they are quick to take your money!

Where do I begin with this McDonalds? Well to start, it's in a abysmal and impossible McAwful lot. It may offer three points of entry and exit, but it's at a corner of a major intersection that's constantly bustling with traffic. The service here is painfully slow, they don't have many workers I imagine because the wait always exceeds ten to twenty minutes. It hardly feels like fast food, as a pizzeria can feed you faster. Seriously, even when there aren't many cars in line you can expect to McWait a minimum of ten minutes. It's just insanity to pay the higher prices and have to wait the same duration you would at an actual sit in spot. Today was no exception here. I parked and went inside and waited even longer than the drive thru, for a drink and hamburger from the dollar menu. Unreal... the pathetic burger was depressing and cold. The patty tasted stale, I could feel the texture of the coagulating grease. The cheese looked and tasted plastic, like it was taken from a dollar store toy food item and placed on mine. Though it was a buck, I could have better spent it literally anywhere else. Do yourself a favor if you want some McFood and literally drive to any other location. Not only will the food be warm and edible, you'll also get it faster and be able to actually leave the parking lot.

I go through the drive through nearly every morning and my order is always quick and perfect. Gabe at the window is always on the ball and it's pretty much a flawless operation. Their employees rival Chik-Fil-A and that's a huge compliment.

This location is serving raw quarter pounders. The manager on duty is a complete jerk, he obviously cannot handle a fast paced environment and has no customer service experience. Bad quality over all! Think twice before stopping by this evening

Awful drive thru ....... I ordered egg mcmuffin and vanilla late ...... handed me my egg mcmuffin as I pulled up then I waited 8 min ...... an eternity sitting with 5 cars behind you ...... It was about 10:45 am ......it wasn't during a rush time frame ...... If you can't serve food quick - take the latte off the menu
