This is a great little wine bar literally tucked under a stairwell in the Conservatory food hall. On my first visit, I completely missed it, and on my second, the only reason I even figured out it was there was because I went to the bathroom and saw it when coming out. All of their options are very reasonably priced-- no double-digit charges for a single glass of wine here-- and they're really good about letting you create your own flights and try things that you've never experienced before. They even have champagne shots available! I'm not much of a wine person, especially with such a great beer and liquor selection across the way, but it's a nice touch for such a great food hall.

Came here after dinner at Prohibition and ended up having a couple of glasses of wine. TORIE was our bartender and she was so sweet. She is very knowledgeable in her wines. I wanted a ROSE that was a little more on the fruity side and she poured me a SANTOLA. It was deliciously sweet and refreshing. Torie was a great bartender. She talked and interacted with us but also gave us our space to chat with each other. She just had a fun bright energy. None of their glasses of wine are over 8 dollars so it's easy to keep them coming. Sitting at the bar was great but if you decide to sit anywhere else in the Conservatory they will bring your glass to the table. We also did a couple of rounds of the $1 CHAMPAGNE SHOTS. Great addition to the Conservatory. If you're not feeling beer you have the option of wine. You'll leave here feeling good.

One of the best wine bars in Houston, my coworkers and I go here on average 3 times a week. You cannot beat their happy hour prices, and the $1 champagne shots! They keep the wine young, and the prices younger (lol) I absolutely love Hannah she's super full of life and very easy going, Ana is a sweetheart as well! One thing I love is that no matter who's working it THEY ALL KNOW THEIR WINES! That's extremely important, they do a great job at helping you find what wine is best for you. Cheers!

I'm so glad they have a Yelp page now, as wine bars, at least ones that make me happy are hard to find. It doesn't hurt that it's inside my favorite place-The Conservatory. The bartender is friendly and the only issue with this place if you don't look under the stairwell, you'll go straight to the bar and miss it or think it's another part of the bar. It's not. They have cute champagne shots, for those who are curious to taste something different. They have a great selection of wine. I've had their sweet and red wines. The bartender makes good recommendations and the menu items itself is worth checking out too. Aesthetically speaking, it's a nice place to look at, with a clear view from almost all sides, making this a curious place to go take a peek at, while rummaging around the Conservatory. Even if you're a beer drinker, I'd still give this place a shot. With their flights and champagne shots, you'll at least be able to say you tried something different, and who knows maybe even find a wine you love.

I love that you can create your own wine flight and being the German wine lover that I am I went that route. The pour was generous and the third bottle needed to be chilled who h they noted and did. Quick friendly service and good wine selection. Thank you

First time, waited for fifteen minutes for service until someone observing came up and told me that the guy next to me eating at the bar was working. I said ummm are u the bartender? He said yeah, didn't want food to get soggy. Second time, bartender saw her friends right as she was about to greet me. Decided to give hugs and talk about personal stuff and what he felt like drinking today. Then she saw another friend and ran out of the bar to hug that person. Left.

Been here a couple times and the people behind the bar are always super knowledgeable about all the drinks! They let you sample a bunch of wines I think for the extra cost of $1! The glasses are also pretty cheap in comparison to other wine bars around Houston I'd say.

Very nice wine bar located inside Conservatory. Great selection. The wine flights are priced perfectly and allow you to sample 3 or 4 glasses at your leisure. My favorite is the Malbec Rose blend. Friendly baristas.

Had a wine glass at the wine bar. Not cool how they served us. Was charged $9 for a 5oz pour..... Who does that?! If you come down here. Make sure you ask about the pour and the price. Otherwise you'll be disappointed.
