Do not book the HUMMER limo!! There is no ac. We kept the doors closed and still no cold air was blown. Especially with houston weather , this is unacceptable.

I used Onyx limousine to go bar hoppin. the Driver Chris was on time. He messaged me befor he arrived to introduce himself. my friends and I had a blast that night. I will be using them again and requesting the same driver.

The limo we received was filthy inside and out from the prior client. Then once we decided to extend our trip, we were told we could and then abruptly told we were not going to be able to extend our trip. They then made us all get back in the limo, then they drove us to a gas station and switched us out into another limo which was dirtier than the first one and is not what we paid for. It was a lower budget limo. There were beer bottles and cans and it stunk of garbage inside of it. It was rusty and dirty and old. I would not recommend using this company. They do not call you back when you have a complaint or an issue they just ignore you. I will never recommend this company to anyone and the staff at their main office is extremely rude. The only decent part of our trip was our driver was nice and he was trying to do the best he could. Worst experience with a limo company ever.!

Veterans BEWARE!! Do not use this limousine service. I used this company during my uncle funeral in October'20. My uncle was a veteran who fought in the Korean War. The limo arrived 45 min late. The driver driving wreckless while we were in the limo!! I had to call the office and inquire about the driver ETA and all I received was a "list of excuses". Needless to say, the limo I ordered ( more expensive) did not arrive instead a less expensive limo arrived reaping of smoke and there was tobacco remnants left on the small counter near the cups. The limo was dirty with broken handles and just utterly uncleaned. The very next day, I called the company to report this issue and also sent photos. Again, I received a bunch of excuses, no return phone calls to resolve this issue for 4 entire weeks. On top of everything else, I am severely allergic to SMOKE and when I informed them they " DID NOTHING". Now I'm left with grieving the loss of my loved one and feeling of being taken advantage of along with suffering from inhaling the smoke infested limo. When I called and requested help to resolve the issue I was informed by the receptionist she couldn't help and I would have to speak to the supervisor (Irene) and she was constantly out to lunch and hadn't returned and would not call me back which occurred for 1 entire month. The horrible feeling of receiving poor customer service was extremely overwhelming and I was left with humiliating non helpful assistance from this company. DO NOT USE this company to all veterans and everyone!! I finally received some of my money however it was not an appropriate amount given all of the issues my family was faced with. Poor leadership, communication and NON TRUSTED company. On top of everything else, the supervisor (Irene) has the audacity to try to use my refund as ransom - she actually spoke to me rudely as she tried to demand I take down my rating. This is my real live experience!! and these complaints are REAL. With Corona virus existing this company has NO RIGHTS insisting customers remove ratings. I really want to avoid anyone else from ever experiencing this horrific situation I was faced with!! Given this, please be advised this is NOT a place to rent Limo's!!
