My husband and I are regulars. Because the place is getting dirtier and dirtier each time we eat in (one unwashed plastic cup was exchanged for an even filthier one and none of the tables were cleaned the last three times we were there) we decided to do take-out instead. Side note: It hasn't been unusual the past few months for our order to be inconsistent (they forget peanuts or fish sauce, etc). However, this past Thursday when we ordered take away, we got 2 gluten free chicken vermicelli meals. When we opened them at home the chicken was really burnt, dry and looked like pieces scraped from the end of a shift. It was literally inedible and pretty offensive so my husband took them back. Originally we wanted them to make it again, but the guy behind the counter was so busy playing a video game on his phone that my husband actually had to ask for his attention more than once. He even asked the employee to put down the video game. (So over the top!) we ended up getting a refund. We also noticed a big disparity in the quality of to-go orders vs. eating in. Typically when we eat in the food is fresher and there's more of it. Is there a different protocol for take-away? Because it's a totally different experience with a lot less food. The decline of this place due to lazy employees is too bad since this restaurant is in our neighborhood and we like to frequent it because the food - when done well- is really delicious and the prices are good. I can't imagine the owners of the shop would be too thrilled to see how far down the restaurant has fallen when they're away.

We paid a visit to Oui Banh Mi and had some great food and service. My wife got the pho ga, chicken and noodle soup, she enjoyed it, it needed a little salt, she brought some leftovers home. We shared an order of cha gio, Vietnamese fried mini eggrolls with fish sauce. The eggrolls came with a plate of veggies like cucumber and lettuce and fresh herbs. I enjoyed an iced Vietnamese coffee and a large beef banh mi with a fried egg. My wife had a can of diet coke over ice.

We were here yesterday lunch and to our surprise price range is quite cheap. About $4-$5 for bánh mì. Staffs are friendly and the place is clean. Food was OK. We only tried banh mi. I have to admit that i did have better bánh mì elsewhere but its not bad.

Well they give a free sandwich on your birthday (or $5 value) so that's pretty nice of them. I do love the concept of drive through bahn mi. Staff was super nice too

What has happened to the quality of food at Richmond Ave location. Vermicelli pork bowl is substandard. Pork pieces are tough and totally lacking in flavor. Fried egg rolls are small and also tough. Won't be back

Bahn Mi did not come out hot or feel fresh. Definitely pre wrapped and chilling waiting to be ordered. Spring rolls were loose and not what I ordered. You could get better at Kroger. If you need to itch a need sure but otherwise there are better options in town.

I love this place. I frequent this establishment often for my quick lunch between meetings as it's 10 minutes walk from me. The service is fast. Once I order it from my phone, it'll be ready when I arrive for pick up. The establishment now has seating indoors - it's casual and no fuss. They also have a drive-through if that's your style. I love the value of the food. The food is often delicious and always filling. I often get the spring rolls because it's fresh. The all meat pho P1 is my favourite because I like to eat a variety of beef parts in my noodles. The broken rice is good too.

Ordered a couple bahn mis with fried eggs and fried dumplings. It was 20 min until my order was ready and there was no sauce for the dumplings and no eggs on the bahn mis. The food was sub par.

They weren't accepting people to enter the establishment and we had to order outside. We also had to eat in the car because they didn't open up the restaurant for customers. When I asked the difference between summer rolls and spring rolls the girl told me one has 3 and the other one has 2.... Ummm that didn't sound right. So I tried to ask the question again and I tried to ask it a different way. Finally she said how they are different. So I went with the spring roll with a tone of lettuce and little noodles. The sandwich had hard bread very little meat, as you can see in my pick. I didn't finish my sandwich and just threw 1/4 of it away. I might try other foods here if I was in the neighborhood, but I am not running back anytime soon. Sorry, this is a hard pass.

Banh mi is subpar. No mayo, no soy sauce, no pâté, no extra fried egg ( make sure to check if they put the extras you paid for in). My Asian friend I I thought this is the least flavorful Banh mi. The pho was ok and edible and has flavor. Tables are very sticky...our napkins we put on the table just stick to the table. Not sure if we will be back.
