The entire place was like a sauna. The elevator has no lighting, neither did the stairwell. There were multiple roaches crawling out of my wall throughout my stay. There were no amenities in the room (microwave, fridge, etc) it took 12 hours (yes I timed it) for the air conditioning to actually cool the room and it still wasn't cool. the phone number listed on the site wasn't even in service, they had no phone to call front desk in the room. it wasn't at all worth what I paid. the only nice thing was the mattress I'd have to say. These reviews that claim the hallways are freezing are absolute trash lies, they were hotter than the 106° weather outside. The room setup was absolute trash I had to put my bed on the floor to actually cool down. The parking was more difficult to find than it needed to be.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS place TO ANYONE...... unless you literally had no other option..... it's hard to find the entrance.... The parking lot is dark n sketchy at night .You have to pay $20 to park and that's if they even have efficient space !!!! I came in from work and parked kinda illegal cause all the spots which where taken they only have like 10/15 n they where filled up... it $20 to check in early !! Anyway when we get to our floor ... we are immediately hit with a Gush Of COLD WIND. The hallways are FREEZING COLD ... I honestly felt like it feel better standing outside than being in their hallways. It's damn near inhuman . The room itself was not all that !!! I had to kill two roaches in the dining area !! No microwave or fridge. I put my perishable food in the hallway near door to keep it cold cause it was like 15 degrees in the hallways.I had to move the whole dining table just to plug up the microwave . My BED!! Had someone else hair and toenails still under the sheets !!!!! The beds feel like prison cots ... this place is not ideal if you use to better living ... of your money short ok I get it kinda ... but I'd rather pay extra then to walk into a cold ass building with roaches and ditty's sheets ... I will NEVER be returning to that location .

First off EVERYTHING. It's hotter than satans toenails in every spot. The room smelled like sautéed donkey ass that boo booed everywhere and that's not even the toilet that don't flush. It's made me question humanity. Everyone is bald (even the women) and that's alarming. If I wanted to see a cul de sac head I would have lived in the suburbs. Oh and didn't mention they STANK. Their noses are oh so oh so big they breathing the air that I paid for. It forced me into a coma and I woke and my payment was due again. Gahdamn that was messed up. Oh and do I remind I need you yall be stealing and it's real hot. And when I say hot I mean real hot. When I left my ice chest was on the floor and indicated that one big sniffers nostril vacuumed our sustenance for our stay. And I saw a girl with a bbl that was so wrong that it scarred and scared our whole floor. When she boo booed it made the 6th floor run into the 5th floor. It broke my leg and shattered my forearm and I can no longer count to 10. Y'all boys are so bald that a new hat should be provided per day. To make me feel somewhat okay I need $700 worth of coupons that I can spend whenever and I need a written apology from the ceo. Y'all are dirty rotten disgusting individuals and there is not enough toilet paper on westheimer that can properly save y'all actual asses. And I mean your real butts. I have vomited on your premises do to your lack of hospitality and I pray that this establishment gets shut down immediately. My therapist is very upset and y'all still STANK. Y'all eat cat food and can't cook. You have a booty chin and need to cover it up it's children that have to live here. You diabolical bastards. And also what is that smell? I thought an alien was giving birth but it was your wife making her Sunday's best. God help u all and u also have one big eye and one little eye so stop taking NyQuil and DayQuil at the same time. So basically no I don't recommend this location. God bless

This property is completely misrepresented itself on booking.com It did not state on the booking screen that you have to pay for parking. The entrance is on Sage Rd and it only one small ramp to enter into the property. The ramp was full of cars and there was nowhere for me to park. I am disabled due to a hip replacement and could not park to get my keys and pay for the room. OYO stated that once I paid over the internet that the parking lot would be disclosed for me to park. SCAMMERS. Never stay here. DID NOT REFUND MY MY MONEY. CHEAPER IS NEVER BETTER. I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO RUN FROM OYO PROPERTIES. Disabled people beware.

This spot is for a single partier who is not driving. You get what you pay for ‍ and the staff doesn't care. The bed was not fully clean and the bathroom was not completed. Not exactly what I was expecting from the picture online. If you're looking for a cheap trashy hotel this is it!!!

that Hotel is ok. for sleep, breakfast simply.in the area around the hotel in all the adjoining streets an unbelievable number of young, sometimes very hot, almost naked hookers!!! Most are shocked!! for me its OK. ideal for men traveling alone or business people if you enjoy hookers!! most of them are very nice too!! but officially it's banned in Texas!!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. It was sketchy looking. Trash in halls. Hotter than a sauna. Roaches. The only 2 good things I can say are that the front desk guy were nice and that he gave me a refund when we left.

I am still processing wtf is this and all I have right now is this hotel is a parking garage struggle converted into a hotel cheaply done with the standards of country or region of the world different then the US. To whomever tried it...with this here...To whomever tried this here...nah....simply put. I would ask for my money back and leave but I am more tired and done running around more than I wish not to stay here. If I was a woman alone, I'd be afraid to stay here bc this looks like a human settlement 3 years after a zombie outbreak...oh yeah and the elevator doesn't have lights. It's BLACK dark in the elevator when the doors close.
