Bagel box to go. Thirteen bagels and two tubs of cream cheese. Everything. Cinnamon crunch. Asiago. Cinnamon & raisin swirl. Multigrain. Miss the sesame seed and flavored cream cheeses. Make sure to ask them to slice the bagels. Their Unlimited Sip Program is fun. The passion papaya iced green tea is so refreshing. Mix the blueberry lavender lemonade, agave lemonade or the pomegranate hibiscus tea with the bubbly lime for a nice sparkling drink. The soups, salads and sandwich boxes are perfect for lunch at office meetings. The Fuji apple chicken salad and the broccoli and cheddar soup are favorites at my office. Sign up for their rewards program for birthday coupons and seasonal discounts.

So disgusting and dirty inside this Panera. This was my first and last time ever coming here. I was so disgusted to eat here but I had already paid. When I ordered she didn't even give me a water cup. First & LAST time . I don't care about service but cleanliness is so important. Called the manager to tell them their floors were disgusting in there she said "yes ok we know we are taking care of it". Doubt it was the manager but still. There was a dead bug on the carpet just sitting next to me the whole time I ate. Dirty staff & dirty cafe.

Scrumptious! Creamy Tomato Soup was mildly satisfactory, but bread was subpar My friend's nails almost came off... Personally, I have a love hate relationship with the asiago bagel, they can do better, but will still be coming back! Thank you!

I don't frequent Panera, but I received a $3 off soup reward and wanted to take advantage before it expired. I ordered for pick up on the app, the process was easy and I didn't have any issues redeeming my reward. I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl with a passion papaya iced green tea. The soup is regularly close to $9 for a bowl, which I think is a lot considering the portion. I don't even want to know what a cup looks like. But, tis the season to be forced to spend more money on less. I unfortunately ordered right at the beginning of lunch time, around 12:30 so the shopping center was quite crowded as there are a lot of lunch destinations there. I was able to snag a spot right in front, so that was nice. My order was ready to go, a few minutes sooner than the time that was quoted. I enjoyed my meal, the soup was very creamy with a good balance of chicken, veggies and rice. The tea was also refreshing but next time I would order it without ice and add ice at home as it got watered down quickly.

Highly disappointed. Even though the order checklist was ticked and signed, one sandwich was missing. When I called, their only solutions were to refund the cost of the sandwich or have me go pick it up myself. Beyond a simple apology, they had no proactive plan to resolve the issue. I had to push hard for a more substantial refund that was not honored, and in the end, I had to share my sandwich with my coworker. Completely unacceptable.

The food tastes good, but they fail to deliver the food we order. This is the second time they've failed to give us at least $10 worth of food...on a $30 ticket! Last time it was my daughter's meal, this time it was my son's meal. The thing that gets me is there's space in the ticket for them to check off when they put stuff in...but they never do.

This place use to be clean and the people working the register weren't snarky before. The people working in the kitchen making food are nice. Maybe cross train those people to deal with guests. And put the rude employees in the back.

Constantly "sold out" of products. Salads are the latest victim. I don't care about a lot of items, but lettuce? How many times can a restaurant with a decent salad menu run out of *lettuce*? Turns out multiple times if you go to this location. Others don't have this issue. Nope, this is specific to this store. They magically managed to botch multiple large catering orders that totalled around $650. Wasn't even worth calling about. People ate the food and they've never made things right before. Why start now? We order from different locations now even though they're triple the distance. This is a chain, not a locally owned business. There is zero excuse for not maintaining inventory and poor quality control issues.

Bad location. All the managers dangerous and rude. I went to pick up the oder around 8:15 am on Sunday Morning and the people were staying at the kitchen and don't come to the front to get the order name. The manager showed up and she still ignored me. Other customers were waiting to and the lady yelled at me. After i got the order and went outside she showed me the middle finger and said bitch. Very rude and unprofessional people they have on the Panera Bread . I will call to corporate as well and those people needs to stay out of there.
