I don't know what it is about this location but they are ALWAYS out of something. I order from here multiple times per month and something is always not available. Today I ordered a side Caesar salad and they used just mixed greens instead of romaine lettuce. And it was pretty pitiful in size. Total waste of my $4. I would be better off without it to be honest and would have preferred a call to let me know. Other times they've been out of soda, forgotten my soda, subbed romaine lettuce for iceberg lettuce, and stuck a whole jalapeño in my calzone. I miss being close to the Montrose location which was stellar and never ran out of anything.

Our go to spot for pizza delivery north of 610. Pizza usually comes hot and right, have had a few little mishaps on orders but staff is always friendly and accommodating. Just wish this location had pasta like the one I used to order from -- maybe one day? Who doesn't love a pizza with a side of ravioli.

I'm a repeat customer and normally enjoy ordering from here, but after tonight, I'll seriously reconsider. I placed an order online and used the comment section to write simple adjustments since I wasn't sure how to use the modification settings. When the pizza arrived, it was completely wrong. I called immediately, and instead of owning the mistake, the employee told me they purposely ignore the comments section because "people use it to get free stuff." I was shocked. I told him that's not a smart policy -- if you think people are abusing the system, train your staff to handle those situations better. Don't just ignore what paying customers write. If you're going to ignore the comment section, why even have it? He replied, "That's just how we train here," then casually offered store credit or a discount. I said no -- I didn't want a handout, I wanted the correct pizza that I paid for. Then he asked if I'd come pick it up. I told him no, I ordered delivery for a reason -- why should I inconvenience myself because your team made the mistake? His response? "It depends on what kind of mood the driver is in." Seriously? I asked if he was the manager -- he said no, just a shift lead or something like that. I asked for the manager, and he told me the manager was the one who delivered the pizza. No apology. No accountability. Just arrogance and attitude. I was so frustrated by the total lack of customer service and professionalism -- especially considering I've ordered from them several times before -- that I just gave up. I didn't even bother asking them to remake my original complex order. I settled for a regular pepperoni pizza, got out of bed, and had to drive at night with my child just to get something close to what I originally wanted. This experience was incredibly disappointing. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.

On April 18th we ordered from the Oaks Forest location and were quite disappointed when we had a BOLT in our pizza. Luckily no one choked on it but this is a huge disappointment. We have tried reaching out and have heard nothing from management or the restaurant. So be sure to check your pizza next time you order out at this location. I would recommend ordering from any other location because this one always seems to disappoint even without choking hazards being in our pizza...

When we first moved to the area we found our favorite delivery pizza - Pepperoni's Oak Forest. They were close, the tossed pizza was perfectly cooked, the thin crust was just right, the wings were big and perfectly cooked. That has all changed. When you order thin crust you have an option for "extra crisp." We never choose that option but twice now our thin crust pizza was on the verge of being burned. We just threw it away. The sauce and topping had cooked off for the most part and it was inedible. The wings several times now have been small and overcooked. We just gave up and quit ordering wings. The Greek salad used to be great with healthy helpings of olives and feta cheese. No more. Now you can barely find them. I don't know what's going on here and I rarely give a review like this but Pepperoni's needs to return to their prior skill level or we won't be ordering from here any more.

Have yet to receive the correct order. First time I ordered, I asked for no cheese and specified that in several places and pizza came with cheese. Just tried to give this location another shot, they didn't put cheese on mine and applied the "no cheese" on my pizza to every pizza we ordered.
