This pluckers is great. Food is always hot and fresh and fast. The drinks are delicious and strong and our server Nae was fast and efficient and funny she had us laughing so hard. It's always packed but not overly packed and still the food was fresh and hot.

THIS IS NOT A THOUGHTLESS 1-STAR This particular Pluckers has consistently provided some of the worst service and food quality I've had. Today (10/18) was my third and last visit. I ordered online around noon for a 5:00 PM pickup and received the confirmation email. When I arrived just before 5, staff couldn't find my order. I showed the email to a manager and another employee. After about 20 minutes, I was told they would remake the order and comp it. Twenty minutes later [~5:45 pm], a second manager asked to see the email again, took a photo, and said they didn't receive the order. I was told I "should have" gotten a 4:45 PM error email (I did not) and that I would now be charged full price after being told it would be comped. At their suggestion I checked my bank, no charge was pending, but I still had to pay for an order that was nearly an hour late. [It wasn't lost on me that they sent a women less than half my size to deliver this news. I wasn't about to get into the justifiable argument with her as the optics would not have been good, and it's my belief they knew that.] When I got home (7 minutes away), the fries were ice cold and covered in a sauce I didn't request, yet I was charged for it. I was also charged a "packing fee" after standing in the lobby for an hour past the promised pickup time. I had people waiting on me, and because of the spice and temperature issues, most of the meal went uneaten. Unbelievably bad experience. Disrespectful service, poor communication, and no consideration for the delay. Last straw. Proof attached in pictures.

I placed a pick-up order for myself, and when I arrived, I was only about two minutes early. There were two hostesses at the counter--one acknowledged me, but the other ignored me completely. When I politely asked about my order, one of them told me it would take 10 minutes, so I sat down to wait. While waiting, I noticed the other hostess, Kelly (the one who ignored me), was getting handed other to-go orders from other team members and she was placing them in the cabinet. When I went to check on my order, she cut me off abruptly before I could even ask and said, "Your order is not ready yet," in a rude tone. I responded politely with "Ok," but I felt embarrassed by how dismissive she was. Just a few moments later, another team member named Michelle pulled my order directly from the cabinet and handed it to me--meaning it had been ready. It seemed like Kelly simply didn't want to give it to me. I left feeling very disappointed in the customer service and was not satisfied with my experience.

My experience at pluckers was good. The many large screens allows you to have a great balance of quality time and not missing your favorite team on Sunday. We had great service from Diane she was friendly knowledgeable and attentive.The ambience gives family friendly sports wing bar .

We started off with fried pickles with ranch dressing. They were really good. If I go back I'll get them. I ordered the GARLIC SRIRACHA hot wings with homemade chips. They weren't really hot but good. The service was good.

I have been to Pluckers in Meyerland about five times or so, and Pluckers in general close to 10 times. Their newest location is located right off of 610, and makes for a convenient stop for me and my buddy for dinner after we play tennis in the area. They have a large parking lot, and it can get busy, but you'll find a spot. Ambiance (4.5/5): Pretty much what you would expect from a wings bar. Lots of seating, a bar area, and lots of TVs. It makes for a great spot to watch games, and they do typically have the sound on for Houston sports and for other big events like Monday Night Football. With the number of TVs everywhere, there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Service (3/5): I have had varying levels of service at Pluckers, but generally, it's pretty good. They may not come around as often as you would like, but they do a decent job. You also pay using those handheld devices. The tip that's calculated on the devices includes tip and doesn't show you the pre-tax amount. Other handheld devices show the pre-tax amount. A bit of a pet peeve of mine. I like to make sure my order is correct before I pay. Here, you have to proactively ask for an itemized receipt or they will just show you the total amount and not what you ordered. Drinks (3.5/5): Most of the time, I just order a soft drink: either a sweet tea or a lemonade. They do make them in house, so that's always nice. Outside of that, it's a full bar with the typical assortment of drinks you find at a chain. Food (4.5/5): Pluckers has the best wings for a chain I've ever had. I like them so much that they are in my top 5, likely top 3, in Houston. The wings are a good size, they are crispy on the outside, and succulent on the inside. Their Gold Rush flavor is also unique to Pluckers and it's a delicious and tangy sauce. That's always my go-to, but I do like the variety. Their teriyaki is solid, too. I've also tried their lemon pepper, but it's too salty for my taste. I like the lemon pepper at Wingstop a lot better. I always order my wings extra wet for a small surcharge. Along with an order of waffle fries to balance the bone-in wings. Love me some crispy waffle fries. If you're looking for a deal, and you stop by frequently, consider becoming a Pluckers Club member to get discounts on food, birthday hook-ups, and more. They also have various daily specials, so that's another way to get some bang for your buck. I stopped going to the location on Shepherd because it's always packed and there's almost always a wait on the weekends or during a major sporting event. With this location being newer and larger, you don't have that problem.

favorite sport for wings. good price for the size wings and they are crispy! My favorite is the spicy garlic Parmesan , definitely recommend. Every time we go there's no wait time and servers are very attentive. the only thing negative are the margaritas, not the best. Highly recommend signing up on the app to get good deals and freebies. The place is dark and a little loud but if you sit by the extended area pass the bar it's better if you don't like the noise and more light.
