They had a lot of options for toppings and the bowl sizes that you can get are varied as well. The salmon was pretty fresh and I liked the crab salad and seaweed salad. The inside is pretty small with only 2 or 3 tables. The workers were nice, though I felt a bit rushed when ordering.

I was craving something healthy so I ordered DoorDash pickup since I saw it as option. I didn't realize the store was closing less than 10 min so I rushed over and arrived 7 min after doors closed. I felt so bad because I saw the employees were cleaning and tidying up. Thankfully I had cash to tip as an apology but the employee was very kind about it. I got the large bowl with salad only with 2 salmon/1 tofu portion, Serrano peppers, sliced onions, sweet corn, edamame, spicy furikake, onion crisps, shredded nori, spicy Serrano aioli, ponzu fresh light. It was very fresh and perfectly balanced. I will avoid the peppers next time because it was really spicy for me.

I did an order for pick up and everything was ready to go when I got there - no wait time. All the Pokeworks look the same, clean set up, you can see all the food. All of the meats tasted very fresh and I like that you can adjust the amount of sauce you get. It was super easy to order everything through the website.

Pokeworks itself is delicious. However, the service was absolutely awkward. From the moment we walked up to order the vibe was wrong. The staff was running on empty at 7pm on a Sunday. The atmosphere was unpleasant. 3 other customers eventually. One of the staff members was struggling through out the service and made a mistake at check out. Didn't include the 9$ coupon. Then the other worker couldn't refund us or reprocess the transaction. Maybe this was a limitation of the system. If so, Pokeworks needs to fix that. Finally, they asked what utensils we needed then didn't put them in the bag. Our regular location was closed for renovations. Thankfully, the food was good.

the $1.50 avocado portion was very small and underwhelming sad single scoop. the photo of the avocado online does not look like the scoop of avocado that was provided. was easy to order online. the macaroni salad was good.

Good portions & plenty of options! Poke is definitely expensive.. so you want to make sure if you're getting it that you're getting a fair amount! At pokeworks, we definitely got a fair amount. I believe we both got normal-sized bowls. Spicy Ahi (Customized) | 7/10 I changed things up... but this bowl still had the bones of what it once was! It was good - the tuna, a bit salty. My girlfriend also said her tuna was a bit salty - so it isn't the sauce. Definitely not that spicy. Decent bowl!
