Juliana is spectacular. Her service was incredible. She made sure that I was well taken care of and gave the whole building a wonderful ambience.

Good sandwiches and nice vibe. Sandwiches were accurate and quick. However, the bag of cookies were stale. I'll be asking for a fresh bag from the back versus what's being displayed moving forward.

I usually really love potbelly. However this location could use some improvements. I have gotten this sandwich before at another location and it wasn't nearly as wet and crumbly as the one I got from this location. I would give the sandwich itself a 4/10 my usual rating is a 9/10. I'll try to come back again though and get a different sandwich, hopefully my next experience will be better. There's plenty of seating there and there's also a seating area outside. This location was pretty clean and luckily wasn't crowded when I went. Everyone who i spoke to was also really nice.

Food is good as usual and I like this location, nice staff and very quiet after 4pm definitely recommended if you are in the area and want to get a bite to eat.

I've eaten here a handful of times. It's just an alternative to other sandwich shops. Nothing special about main courses but I will say AVOID the chicken salad sandwich. If that's the IMPROVED recipe, I can only be happy that I didn't waste money trying the old recipe. That thing was so awful, I threw the other half in the trash!!!! The wreck is a good sandwich esp if you add hot peppers. The shakes and cookies are really good as well. Now next time I venture in, ima order the uptown salad another helper commented on....hope it doesn't disappoint!

I love Potbelly sandwiches and we come to this location often. I will continue to come back. The staff is not the friendliest and the men's bathroom has been out of order for at least a month and a half. Not to mention the air conditioning is not terribly great. It's also quite loud.

Angela helped me with my custom order and managed it exceptionally well. She asked questions to ensure my food was prepared exactly as I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I tried ordering the "BOGO" deal at Potbellys online, but when I checked out, it charged my card for both sandwiches. I went to the counter and spoke with a young man named Jerimiah. He was so helpful and attentive. Although I did not receive my free sandwich, Jeremiah was kind enough to give us a free sandwich coupon on our next visit. It is very important to be heard as a customer, and I felt this guy did an exceptional job. Thanks to him we will return to Potbellys.

Best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Potbelly has left me spoiled. I won't be able to visit their competitors. I got the Italian on flatbread with Mayo, hot peppers and Italian seasonings. Putting the sandwiches under the broiler makes them hot and toasty. The cheese was melty and gooey and delicious. If the Italian meats wasn't enough, the hot peppers gave it a good kick. It was a really tasty sandwich. My only complaint is that I ate it too fast and now I want another one. Cute little place. Great ambiance and the music was a nice touch. Made it welcome and warm.I've this place!

I had the worst #potbelly experience today June16,24 about 8:50 am. The cashier did my with the same she was using. She got upset because I politely pointed it out and asked her for a new one. She refused because she said they were busy . I just walked away, no worth my time. Terminal C IAH. We need to do better #badcustomerservice #customercare #foodcourt #georgebushairport
