My wife and I stayed at two of PPH's apartment locations: District 28 and Domain at Kirby. Both were 2-bedroom, and both units had the following positive qualities: * Well-situated geographically near the Hospital District and MD Anderson. * Easy access to grocery stores, retail, and restaurants. * Beautifully appointed and clean apartments exactly as presented in the website videos. * Very spacious units with high ceilings. * Comfortable beds with good bedding and towels. * A well-equipped kitchen, including toaster, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, plates, bowls, flatware, and utensils. * The assigned parking space in the garage was in very close proximity to each apartment. * Outstanding A+ personal client service by Yannick who actually cared about us and our needs. * First class building amenities including a pool, common area with coffee, business center with conference room, printer & desk, and a well-equipped fitness center. * Flexible arrival and departure dates (but a 5-day minimum stay is required). The parking garages in both buildings were initially a minor challenge to navigate, but after a few days, we had no issues. I cannot emphasize enough how great and conscientious Yannick has been through our challenging ordeal. She bent over backwards to accommodate us. We came down on short notice both visits. Our departure date had to be extended several times because the doctor could not tell us a definitive end date for my wife's treatment and release. I strongly recommend Premier Patient Housing and Yannick over any of the other apartment options. They are a small family-run boutique operation, not some large corporate entity, and they really do care about you as a person.

If you are coming for medical treatment to Houston, then this place is ideally located very close to the the medical facilities and also all the daily need stores like groceries and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished hence you do not need to carry anything from home except your clothes. The maintenance of the apartment is good and quick if needed. It has a fully equipped gym at the facility plus a nice swimming pool which unfortunately we did not get to use.

We were displaced due to Hurricane Beryl and Premier Patient Housing was able to get us in to a unit the same day we requested it. Going to try to keep this short and easy to read! - Instructions on the email and in the apartment unit were all very well written and easy to follow. - We're very quick and responsive when we had a question about the parking. - Parking garage door is conveniently located close to the unit so you don't have to walk far to get in and out. - Parking is covered, secure and gated. - Provided all the necessities (better than most AirBnBs or hotels do that's for sure!) primary kitchen cookware so we didn't have to spend more money going out to eat, plenty of towels, laundry detergent, and strong wifi so we could work remotely. - It came fully furnished with enough space for everyone and it was all very comfortable! - Everything was very clean and well organized. - Overall a fantastic experience!

Premier Patient Housing is Awesome!! My husband was receiving proton radiation at MD Anderson for 7 wks and Yannick found us the perfect apartment in the perfect location.. The Domain at Kirby (super to close to the Proton Center, Ross, Target, Kroger, and Chick-fil-a). It was so nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Yannick is easy to get in touch with and always there to answer any questions. She is very caring and a pro at her job. I would definitely recommend!!!

Our stay with Premier Housing in Houston was good. We had an apartment at District 28/Old Spanish Trail and was about one mile from MD Anderson. The apartment was fully stocked,spotless clean and safe. Our contact person,Yannick,is an exceptional lady. She is very warm and genuine and I knew I could count on her if I needed her. Checkin and checkout is very easy. Thanks,hopefully we won't need to come back but if so we will not hesitate to call your business.

I had to spend 9 weeks in Houston for treatment at MD Anderson. My husband and I had to find housing FAST. Finding Yannick at PPH was a lifesaver! she found us the perfect apartment that was close to the hospital and within our budget. Yannick helped us find our way around Houston and was always just a text away. Everything with our housing went seamlessly and we are forever grateful to Yannick and PPH!

We used Premier Patient Housing during a recent trip to MD Anderson in Houston. We really felt taken care of. From booking to Checkout everything went great. The apartment was superb and clean. It was well stocked with a garage parking space within 20 feet of the apartment door. It was a great experience during some very difficult times.

We stayed at 2828 Old Spanish Trial in District 28 apartments number 402. Great, extremely comfortable apt. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, walk in shower in master and soaker tub in guest. Great AC, trash pickup, etc. Parking spot 2 from the doors to the Apt Bldg. Very comfortable stay for my mom going to MD Anderson. Also, it took more time to walk to the car and from the car into MDA than it did to drive there. It is 1.3 miles from MDA. The things we saw at first as a negative turned out to be a positive. The Apt. is one of the furthest from the parking garage. It was a long walk. However, we then realized that since it was the furthest, we had NO foot traffic. Nobody needed to go past the apartment for anything so it was very quiet. Also, my mom had to walk after surgery with a walker and needed to do so a number of times a day. The area outside the apt. in the hallway was very private since nobody came down to our apt. so we used it as our own private walking area. That turned out to be great. Also, the apt. has a pool view and there was not a lot of noise, and we did get great light. We really felt like it was our home away from home to recover after surgery. PPH also provided a shower chair and transport chair which came in more than handy. We took it with us to MDA and used it instead of using their chair. One really key point, we dealt with Yannick Thomas. She was amazing and accommodated with NO PROBLEM AT ALL when we had to change our reservation twice due to MDA changing the surgery date. Very, very, very accommodating, and responsive to our needs. I hope to never have to use them again but if myself, my family, or anyone I know needs to be away from home and are working with MDA, I will absolutely set them up with PPH and Yannick!

I have never written a review before until now... I had stayed at this facility back in February with my mother who had stage 4 cancer and it wasn't the greatest experience. We're originally from Hawaii and had no idea what our timeline would be there depending if MD Anderson could treat my mother with her condition. At first talking to the property manager she was very accommodating to our situation and had comforted me knowing that I can let her know weekly if I would be staying another week or we would be going home soon. Being the only caregiver for my mom especially in another state, that gave me ease that that was one less thing to worry about. When we arrived at the facility the property manager did show us to the apartment and gave us a tour, she wasn't mean but she wasn't friendly either. My mom was in a wheelchair too with an oxygen concentrator and we had 3 suitcases and a backpack and our room was at the very end of the building, but yet we didn't have any one offer to help. I know it's not mandatory but to me I just felt like someone might've offered to help knowing I'm by myself taking care of my mother. So it just felt strange walking back and forth 2-3X times from our room to the lobby to get our luggage and no one offered assistance. During our stay the sink drain had bursted and water went everywhere. I had contacted the property manager and explained the situation and she had told me someone would be coming out today. I had politely asked her if I could get a timeframe or maybe a courtesy call because I only sleep when my mom sleeps and that's rare because she was always in so much pain.. she instantly told me no but they'll be there sometime that day. I waited for hours completely exhausted and no one showed up. I called the next morning and had to remind them that the sink was broken. She told me she would call maintenance and have them come down. Waited another couple hours and I haven't heard anything so I had to go to the front desk and ask them if there was a time frame and they said they were working on it. Eventually they came and it was an easy fix but just feel like they could've communicated a little better. Our stay was about 10 days- 2 weeks and towards our last couple days I had received an email from the property manager (which I didn't see till the next day when she called) and when she called she had just told me to check my email.. didn't really say anything after that so I apologized and told her I will read it now. The email had said that she cannot accommodate weekly check ins to see how long we'll be staying because there are other people who are interested in the room. She gave us two options, either to extend our stay to the end of the month, or leave in a couple days. I fully understood that she has to accommodate other people but over the phone it just seemed very pushy and gave a tone where she wanted us to leave already since we're being an inconvenience. I told her I would have to talk to my mom because we still weren't sure what the hospital had planned for us. She only gave me an hour to make a decision... which to some it may seem like a lot of time but for us it was difficult because we had to think about the airlines and the cost of just being there (which was $125 a night). We were very overwhelmed with the situation and how the property manager went about things so we decided to just leave in those next couple of days. Luckily the doctors gave us an option to go home to continue chemo but because of the short notice, we ended up having to pay an additional $4k for our flights on top of the credit that we originally had. Hopefully this is a one time issue and that nobody else has to experience what we went through... also just know if you only see one caregiver taking care of a family member, please have more sympathy towards them in that difficult situation.
