Stanley was amazing and punctual to a fault! He dropped us at an Airbnb in Galveston from Hobby. The limo was clean and he offered us water and phone chargers. Then he picked us up from the cruise port and drove us back to Hobby. A gentleman with a kind heart and great driving skills. Five stars.

Great experience renting a party bus from Regal this past weekend for my son's birthday party. Adel made the reservation process seamless. Mir was a great driver, very attentive. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Navid and Adel were awesome! They answered all my questions that I had before and after the reservation. Easy payment methods (CashApp). The driver was on time and even text me that he was on his way. Adel contacted as soon as the driver dropped off my party at the final destination, to ask how the service was. They are the cheapest limo/party bus service and had an outstanding/clean/beautiful fleet of vehicles. I would totally use them again.

Edit: The owner called asking me to edit my honest review to deceive future consumers in exchange for a free ride. This is an attempt at fraud imo. So in addition to false advertising (the pictures on their website do not reflect the vehicles they provide), I can attest that this is a very dishonest company who attempts to bribe past customers in order to get your business. I wish previous customers would've had the integrity to not mislead others. This is why this company averages 4.5 stars. I know how important special occasions can be and as expensive as party buses are, I believe people should know what they are paying for. Original review: Wouldn't recommend. We received a very old, ugly bus with a cranky driver. The bus was nothing like the nice, sleek, neon lit buses they advertise. It was a tacky blue and white eyesore like an old RV. The ceiling lights didn't work on the bus. They were rusted. The driver kept the partition down to watch us the whole time even when we asked him to close it. He also told us we couldn't stand while the bus was moving. The air vents didn't work in the back of the bus so it was very very hot. There wasn't glassware on the bus. Instead there were red solo cups. As for the positives. The price was better than other companies bc the tip was included. Communication went well overall except I wasn't made aware that the balance had to be paid in cash at pickup. The driver was running maybe five minutes late but he was professional enough to call. He also came right back to pick us up once we were ready to head back. We were provided with a bag of ice and bottles of water. The music system worked well and was easy to use. We made the best of it, stayed positive, and had a good time. It was just a birthday party. I'd have been real disappointed if it was for a special occasion like prom or a bachelorette party. If you want luxury, don't go with this company. If you want to save a couple hundred bucks and aren't very picky, it may work for you.

Reserved a hummer limo for a prom group. Communication was good and the driver was great. The vehicle itself was sub-par. I was expecting it to be an older limo, but it has not been kept up on repairs. The interior of the vehicle was run down and the seats were deteriorating with many rips and tears. The exterior of the vehicle did not impress, and the engine had a very noticeable belt squeaking noise. The kids had a good time, but I expected more for my money.

The response time when first initiating was quick. However, once we decided to use them from paying to getting confirmation took a long time. When the bus arrived it was on time. There was only one bag of ice in the cooler and it was more than halfway melted. Lots of cups but no real "set ups" provided for drinks. Which that's ok- we luckily had a cooler and we were able to go buy some ice. From the beginning, the driver kept cutting off drivers in downtown and on the freeway almost getting us hit a couple of times. The purpose of the bus was for our safety. My real complaint about this bus service was that we were quoted a price INCLUDING the tip. From the first moment we were picked up the driver mentions that he doesn't get tip money even though it's quoted. Then when the evening was coming to a wrap, the driver literally starts following our party members around asking each one for tip money. We had planned to give him money anyway, but to harass each person saying we HAD TO give him tip money was not professional at all. I was so embarrassed this happened. I called the number to speak to the owner/ manager and left a message detailing what happened and the unprofessionalism we experienced. It's been well over a week and NO call back. I don't recommend using this service.

My experience with this company definitely started off sub par to say the least. I found it extremely difficult to get a response or get in contact with the company. Ultimately I had decided to deem this company fit for 1 Star not 5 for sure. Someone did reach out to me about my inquiry and I expressed my concerns for the service/booking experience so far, how unimpressed I was. In the end the company did not have what I was looking for because they are booked and that's understandable so I decided to look elsewhere. This is where it gets good, after ending the phone call I received another call from said company. They really wanted to remedy the situation and how I was feeling about my booking experience seeing as I hadn't even gotten the chance to use their services. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and got me taken care of with a complimentary car service for my birthday since I originally wanted to book a party bus and it was unavailable. I now have a luxury car taking me to dinner and back home for my troubles and also so I can see what kind of service this company offers. I'm satisfied with this outcome and the immense professionalism of this company. These days you dont get a lot of businesses willing to remedy customer issues and definitely not to the customer's satisfaction. I'm hoping it will be a great night. Maybe they are worthy of 5 stars after all.
