I've been lucky enough to be at a few events where Ricca Co. was sampling these delicious little cookies. Lucky me!! I think I gobbled every flavor in 1 night- they were so worth it. I can't even say which is my favorite- they're all so yummy! Tallent, the owner, is the most adorably sweet person. She spreads her love into these delicious macaron ice cream sandwiches. These cookies would be perfect for birthdays, weddings and even pool parties! I just want to know when I can start purchasing them from my local grocery store :)

Best treats in town! Ricca Co. makes amazing gourmet ice cream sandwiches using local flavors. We ordered a cooler full for a Memorial Day party. The peanut butter chocolate flavor is my favorite, and the lemon blackberry goat cheese is a close second! These are a really fun, fresh party dessert and the owner Tallent is really sweet if you hire her to cater. I highly recommend!
