Foodie at heart and sure glad I finally ate RBPB food truck. Drove out 45 min away and was not disappointed. They have an interesting menu and many options to choose from. The food/ingredients was very fresh and good good! Even my day old left overs was good. I highly recommend trying them out. Follow them on Facebook & Instagram

Foodie here. True foodie. I was watching a game at Kirby icehouse. Apprehensive about the menu. I lived in Nashville (left in 2022) and I don't recall any good food or hot chicken tbh. Shame on me if I missed it. Anyway get the Nashville hot chicken. I was blown away at how good it was. I believe there is s nutty chili oil with some honey on top. I was told on a spicy scale of 1-10 the level of a 6. But I feel it's a 3 in terms of hotness. But I'm not an average person on that regard. Anyway just get them. Seriously.

For being fast, they take a really long time to prepare anything besides the fried foods. I purchased the Bahn Mi Style Po Boy they had and I was horrible. Biggest waste of $12.99 I've made in a while. The name sounds great but the taste wasn't good. First off, more than half of the pork they served me was the fat and not even the meat. Secondly, the amount of jalapeños they put are ridiculous. The PO boy tastes like a jalapeño and meat fat sandwich with sauce added for looks. The only reason I ate it completely was so I wouldn't pass out at work due to being hungry lol!

Got the Bella Bulgogi and it was way better than I expected! Veggies were fresh, bread was crunchy but soft, and the mushrooms cooked perfectly!!! The fries were crispy and very delicious, and for being setup at a bar(Kirby Icehouse) it hit the spot with some drinks.

Dear god where has this been my whole life?! Seriously... THE BEST chicken I've EVER had. It hits all the taste bud points. Savory, salty, brined, slightly sweet, juicy, tender, crunchy, and hot! It hits the back of your throat just right!! The fries are delectable, crunchy and full of flavor. Be sure to not miss out on the exceptional experience. The guys are kind, wonderful folks who care about making sure they deliver a quality meal. Their commitment to excellence is duly noted. Will be back!! 5 10/10

OMG just OMG. So this food truck was in my apartments for food truck Thursday and I was first I I just drove by. Then I googled their menu and called my boyfriend. I am so glad we got dinner from here tonight. I must say that their Catfish is so delicious and seasoned just right. It isn't to salty the batter is crunchy and the French fries are so good. They taste fresh and the season on them isn't traditional fry seasoning. I got the shrimp po boy and it was delicious also. I would definitely love to eat from this food truck more often. Another bonus is that it's a black owned business. My boyfriend said delicioso. Great men and I love the name by the way I know it's twist off of the book. Great concept and blessings to you men.

Found this truck sitting outside of my office building and had to try it for lunch! I live a gluten-free lifestyle and was thrilled to hear their Keto Chicken Salad was on the menu. There cashier was very friendly on explaining the menu and suggested I give the salad a try. It was absolutely delicious and came piled on top of two fresh avocado halves. Would definitely eat here again!

I ordered the Mandela . It smells amazing! The bread is crisp, the curry is really mild and not overpowering at all. The chicken was moist and there was a slight bit of heat at the end. I would definitely visit again and order this sandwich again.
