i love this party rental place.it has everything you need. They are more like friends than a vendor. Coiling Technologies Inc uses them every year for our Thanksgiving Lunch. i use them for my own family parties etc. Friendly people.

I hired this company in August. Renting tents is expensive business and these people are poor communicators. They delivered a tent on a hot August day that I ordered with fans. I had never rented tents or fans and would have paid more for the full set up. The sales person did not offer information about what a tent rental should have involved rendering the rental unusable given the heat. They would have benefitted from up selling me in away that made the rental usable. Trying to communicate this to them the day of and after was like talking to a brick wall. I would spend my money elsewhere given the price of the rentals and poor customer service.

I usually use Aztec party rentals, but since I waited til the last minute to reserve my final number of needed tables, delivery was no longer available with them. Then I remembered Richard's Party Rentals. I called them a few months back in regards to some tables, and they took the time to call me back during the weekend...something Aztec doesn't do since their office isn't open on weekends. So I gave them another buzz and they had the number of tables I needed, the linens and - hallelujah - we able to deliver on that Friday (event was Saturday afternoon) and pick up on Monday. And let me note that they had to carry those 13 tables up 4 flights of stairs since the venue doesn't have an elevator. This is a family-owned and operated business, and they are as professional and cool as they come. They didn't charge me a late fee for dropping off the linens on Tuesday (and another one that was missing that will go back tomorrow). The only downside is that their linens don't come fully pressed, so when draping them across the table, you have those lines on them. And no laundry bag to throw them in after. Still, it's a great bargain for the price your pay and wonderful service you get. I'd use them again.

These clowns are simply terrible. My friends daughter was to get married in 6 months and placed a 200 dollar deposit w them. Sadly to say my friends daughter passed away suddenly and now this place does not want to reimburse the family for the deposit. No compassion what so ever. What kind of business is this. I give zero stars to this place and wouldn't recommend then to anyone

Do not use this company unless you want poor communication and excuses. They never picked up the phone to call me, expect to call 15-20 times. Said they would deliver my items on a Thursday or Friday but never specified and still chose to take the full amount. When it got to Saturday for my event, they did not deliver in time for me to even use the items. When a refund is asked, they said they would get back to me and never did. Finally gave up on this headache. I will never use them again. (I had to select 1 star only because you had to have a rating, I would give 0 stars) I understand things come up but when a customer pays for a service they should not hear about what else you have going on, just don't overbook people!!

I was getting quotes to rent tables and chairs and they replied via email quite quickly. They had no issue with my postponing my party a week because of Hurricane Harvey. The items were delivered as promised one day before. The rental of the tables and chairs is fairly priced. It's the delivery that gets you. Delivery was about $50. But if you have a truck you can save the delivery fee by picking up the items. Everyone I dealt with including Charlie who picked up the items this morning was courteous.

Have used Richards several times and they are on time and helpful. The tables and chairs were clean. They also unloaded them for me and the next day loaded them back up.
