BEWARE-stranded for 3 hours. Poor bus maintenance lead to a breakdown 30 minutes into a 2.5 hour trip. The 16 riders were told a replacement bus would be there "within 45 minutes". When that time passed, we were told "it will be there in an hour". Then we were told it would be another hour. RCL offered a small refund to our company in exchange for not sharing this information. This is not spam...I was a rider, not the company that contracted with RCL.

False advertising: Haven't used their services, but their website falsely advertises "hourly limo services" for if you don't want a limo for a whole day. I called and they have minimum 5 hours? What? They have a whole section on their website about "catering" to things like a child's "one off ride" but they actually don't. Misleading

Royal Limo and Town Car provided exceptional service for my son and his date on prom night. I didnt see any Yelp reviews about the company so I was a little nervous when I made the reservation but Royal Limo and Town Car did not disappoint. Gene reassured me that they were in good hands. The vehicle was immaculate and their driver Zach arrived early was very accommodating and proffessional. The kids loved it! Don't let the lack of reviews fool you. I would highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again.

We used Royal for a ride from Houston international to Galveston for a cruise. Russel was our driver and was so nice, courteous and knowledgeable. The car (Lincoln mkx?) was super clean and supplied bottled water. We will definitely use this service again.
