First thing to do here is ask for Steven to be your server. He is insightful, honest, attentive, and funny. This place is a hidden gem. It doesn't look like it offers much from the outside. I honestly never gave it a chance because of that. I visited here to eat somewhere new and also away from the other AYCE down the hwy. I was a loyal fan of the other place but this place blows its competition out of the water. They do not charge for substitution of seaweed for soy wrappers or charge for the removal of things like cream cheese. You can't ask for "free" sashimi by asking for no rice on their nigiri but that makes complete sense. The AYCE lunch menu is massive and it was hard to choose what I wanted to try. Steven made great recommendations based on our likes. Each roll was extremely fresh and the sushi rice was pillowy soft. I definitely plan to visit again soon.

Mentionable Staff: Beverly, Nam, Stephen, Maria Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Overall Food Quality: 5/5 Notes: Clean atmosphere, very open in the back area and lots of room for private eating and for parties. I noticed that even the utensils are organized in a neat way when I looked around. Large variety in the menu and one note is the tuna sushi that was served to me. The tuna is much more delicate than expected, which was an interesting texture. The mackerel sushi actually surprised me, it's subtly sweet and no fishy aftertaste. If I were to pick a section of the menu to try first, go for the "Seared Nigiri" section. Very delicious all around. Very tender. Overall 5/5 very fast service, they keep your table clean often as needed. Will be back here again to try more. High recommendation.

We have been watching the opening of this place and finally had a chance to come by. It's similar layout to past restaurants in this space except for when you get tot the main dining area. They have many more tables and booths and make it a little more private, which we liked. Everyone was very kind and friendly upon entering but our waiter was nothing short of AMAZING! Quang asked if it was our first visit and we said yes so he took time to go over everything with us in detail. He was really over the top friendly, funny, entertaining and you can honestly tell he is just a genuinely kind person. He was pretty busy because the restaurant was pretty full but he came by often with smiles and offerings to get us anything else. I liked that they had a ton of different foods to choose from and at the same stuff like everybody else has. Many of the sushi all you can eat places are just a carbon copy and don't try to differentiate themselves. Boring. I am not a vegetarian, but I do like my veggie options and they have a lot to choose from as well. They also have some different options For sashimi and nigiri. The quality is ok... definitely could be better but it was a great price for all the options and we definitely will be back and requested Quang. He made the experience a wonderful one!

We stopped in this week after realizing it was finally open. We used to see it every time we went to Costco and were waiting to try it. So glad we stopped in. 10/10 ayce! They have so many AYCE options to chose from. I can't speak on everything we tried but everything was delicious. The items that stood out were the Yellowtail Lover Roll, passions roll, spicy edamame, and the habachi items. I took a few pictures. Check them out. They have been open for about a month. The service was great. I would say, the only weird thing is that we were just getting up from our table and one of the servers (not our server) came over immediately to clean the table. We hadn't even had a chance to walk away and it felt like he was just on top of us. It's not like there was a wait for a table. The inside was nicely done as far as the decorations go. They have so much space and I could even see them hosting a large group. I don't know if they have happy hour, didn't see anything about it on the menu. I will defn be back. The sake was also very good.

Just look for something all you can eat sushi. And this new restaurant came up with good and fresh sushi from the review. Very happy with the service and fresh sashimi here. Good price and even free for your birthday too. Very impresive

Decided to give them a try after my kids ran and played at Kids Empire. Turned out to be an amazing find! The service was efficient and courteous, while the food was quick and delicious. What I love about the restaurant was no TVs, we struggle to find screen-free places when dining out, so this was definitely a plus! It was so good and reasonable that I brought my niece back for lunch to celebrate her birthday. Sunny was our server and she was kind and quick!

Went here last week for the AYCE lunch and had a great experience. Their tablets were down but it didn't keep them from giving wonderful service. All the workers were hands on and the food came out quickly. I'd show food pics but I ate them so fast that I forgot to get pics lol But I did get pics of the lunch menu.

First time coming into Saki Bon all I can say is never been to a sushi buffet with SOOOO many choices. Literally the front and back of the menu is included. There is nothing excluded from the buffet. There's no way you can try everything on the menu. I'm gonna have to come back multiple times just to try a little bit of everything. So far what we tried was amazing hot and fresh delicious.
