Katherine S, is so rude. She gives me side eyes and rolls her eyes at me. She doesn't give the best customer service. Lately she would gossip about me being "gay" , which makes me feel uncomfortable. Horrible experience.

Yum! New Management and they are making some good new food! $10 PIZZAS!! They just sold me a whole 17" pizza for $10! WOW! More pizza than Pizza Hut or Dominos or Papa Johns and all fresh ingredients... for the same price. I am glad to see clean cut people working there now.

I'm not a fan of buffets in general because I like to maintain my Spring Break body but I was walking through The Galleria's food court and I was starving. When I saw an ad for an all-you-can-eat buffet at Sbarro for $10.99, my primal instincts kicked in. I also hadn't been to Sbarro in years so I said hey, why not. Your buffet doesn't include a drink but you do have a lot of options when it comes to the food. You can choose any of the pizza slices available at the counter, plus calzones. They'll heat it up for you in the oven but they don't leave it long enough. My pizza was lukewarm at best. From there, they have a buffet of meat dishes, pasta, salad, and sides. I tried the chicken parm, a chicken dish with lemon, baked ziti, mac & cheese, garlic bread, and meatballs. All of these things sound amazing but they aren't amazing at Sbarro. Below average food all-around but you do get a lot of bang for your buck.

A nice place with a good salad bar selection. The counter people were nice a efficient. I did have to clean off my own table but chalk that up up to high traffic being in the galleria. My major problem was to get another clean plate to get seconds you have to wait back in line or just use the same plate which I did so I didn't have to wait in line.

Unethical practices. Ordered 2 slices of pizza with a drink, which is stated as 9.29 plus tax on their board (and which makes no reference to the word "combo"). They charged me 10.99 plus tax. I Immediately asked about this and they said it was because I didn't use the word "combo" so I don't get that pricing. Owner/manager refused to fix the charge after being asked this ridiculous practice. Pizza is just marginal as well. Avoid.

Yum yum yum! Their pizza is always so delicious. I love that this location is kind of deep and long, so if you sit at the back of the restaurant you can get a real reprieve from the noise and crowds of the mall. The employees are always very kind and not pushy about trying to sell extras. At some places people act exasperated when I ask for a cup for water, but here the woman behind the register just smiled and even put some ice in the cup for me. The only bad thing is the tables and booth seats really needed to be wiped down. 9/10 tables had sauce smears or crumbs. I managed to lock down the one clean one :) I noshed down on my cheesey slice in peace. I always try to eat here when I'm having a busy shopping day.

This place is the go to pizza place at the galleria. I've been coming here since I was a small child & it's been great always! Great memories & great food. I honestly have no complaints about the food or the employees. They've been doing their thing since way back when, I don't even know how long lol. I was born in '88(25) so they've been doing a great job probably before that year lol.

This is a mediocre place to eat at if you are trying to take a quick break from shopping at the Galleria. They will warm up the pizza in the oven and it's reasonable price. It's clean here so that's a plus and great for kids to eat when they are hungry. I ordered the queso bc I was super hungry
