Not sure why this place got so much bad beef from other reviews. I'll try to smash the reputation with some positivity from my experience. Hope my puns aren't too... cheesy. When it comes down to a simple delicious burger, you really can't go wrong with the smash burger's double patty classic. Packed full of flavor without the frills and sits heavy in your stomach (like a darn good smash burger should!). Love the rosemary seasoned fries too. Service was friendly. Tables were clean. Not much more to it! Wasn't a fan of the payment screen that asks for tip. I often find myself feeling like I'm making a moral decision in front of the cashier and from people watching behind me. "The screen will ask you a question", but in my mind "how selfish is this person and should I serve him cold fries". I ended up tipping. Overall, this is an acceptable Smash Burger location.

I just waited 15 minutes to be helped at the front desk to place my order, and then was me with a rude attitude and when I asked about adding grilled onions onto the new big dog special. I was met with a rude responses about how I cannot add it on there, not even as a separate side and when I continuously said, I understand the female worker continuously told me over and over that I cannot do that and would not listen to me. Then I chose to take my business elsewhere. This is the location. I've ate plenty of times. This is the first time I had a negative experience like this.

Got to the restaurant and noticed there was only 1 customer. So I decided to dine in. I go to the register and no one is there. I wait about 1 min and I get helped. I ordered the spicy jalapeño smash burger, scorching hot fries and a drink. Total: $20.21 Sooooo this is where the review starts. When ordered the scorching hot fries, I did not realize I was charged for the Large size instead of the Regular size. It's debatable if it's my fault for not saying regular (or laying attention), but I would assume they would put regular or ask about the size. The price difference is about 50 cents. I didn't appreciate that part. Next, I get to my seat and wait 12mins to get my order. It's a normal wait time, I believe because they aren't like other fast food burger places. I start to eat my food and the fries taste just like regular fries, just oily. So I ask the employee if I got the scorching hot fries and he said yes. And gave me a container with more sauce. The fries did not taste in any way shape or form spicy or hot. Maybe they should be called, "greasy hot fries". I do not recommend them. Anyways, the burger was very well made. Good amount of jalapeños and cheese. Good temperature as well. Customer Service: 7/10 Burger: 9/10 Scorching Hot Fries: 2/10 Drink: 9/10 Cleanliness: 8/10 Portion Size: 8.5/10

I literally have patron this location too many times for the disrespect. Let's be clear don't try Me on the first visit when I'm coming to spend My money and coming in with good energy. Who are We kidding the discount is .5! Not the point. I'm an Iraqi veteran who has served My country and want My 10%. Was I still going to purchase the fries at regular price until someone clearly needed to show His power of being a General Manager. Yes! "This is My store and My rules" Touché I guess I won't be enjoying smash fries no time soon bc there's no other location near Me! I despise eeeeediots that get these positions and ruin a customers experience bc of Their own ego or lack of whatever They going thru at home. To make matters worst You do this in front of My kid! You're disgusting sir! Good day!

The cashier was accommodating however the lady working the order pick up does not have hygiene etiquette. She got herself a drink with ice from the tea dispenser near the fountain drinks. She walked back to her station and several minutes later walked back over to the tea dispenser and opened the lid, and poured her drink back into the tea dispenser! Omg disgusting! Then she proceeded to get a different drink in the same cup. Never have I ever witnessed such disgust in a food establishment. Wow!

The brisket burger was just delicious, and very tender. Good eating! Make sure you get plenty of napkins though, that yummy sauce can get a bit messy!

My go to smash burger spot locally. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. The front desk order takers are very friendly as well. They stay open late enough too so you don't have to rush. Just wanted to show some love to these guys!

Fantastic food and staff is nice, place is clean. Dined in and food was fast. They give military discount too. Every time I come into town I head here to get my smash burger.

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever encountered, the woman who took my order purposely gave me coins instead of full bills for my change to put in her tip jar. I paid for a combo and she almost let me walk out with a drink until I realized I was missing it. When I told her I paid for a drink she immediately told me "I don't get a drink." Mind you she bagged my burger and fries so she KNOWS I ordered a combo.. anyways I showed my receipt and she did end up giving me a cup after going back and forth with me about it. I don't recommend.
