We came here during our work lunch hour and I loved it! I had seen the 3 stars on Yelp so was a bit worried but honestly, I have no complaints. Service was great, the hamburger and fries were pretty good and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I will definitely be back!

Loved my food! I went during National Burger day. I went to the location in Sugar Land across from Town Center. This was my first smash and I'm glad to say I didn't regret it. As someone who isn't happy spending money on disappointing food, I'm glad to say this wasn't one of those moments. The service was also great despite them being extremely low with floor staff.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today due to an employee named Demi (spelling may be wrong). Her attitude was unnecessarily rude from the start. I placed an online order and came in to wait--well beyond the quoted time--without complaining. Despite this, Demi packed my order and several others who came in after me, giving them their food while mine sat under the heat lamp. It wasn't until the gentleman making the milkshake asked for my name that he realized my order had already been packed and ignored. After a long wait, Demi finally handed me three drink cups, giggling as if the delay was amusing. Then, as I was walking out, she gave a clearly sarcastic "have a great day" with that same giggle. When I asked for her name, she turned to the other employee and said, "What's her problem?" Well, here's the answer: If you weren't being rude, why would a simple question be seen as a "problem"? Bad attitudes and disrespect toward customers--especially when they're patient--are completely unacceptable. If Demi was having a bad day, it should never have been taken out on customers. To be fair, the burger and fries were great, as always. But the service? Absolutely unacceptable.

It had been my first time at a Smashburger in years since the one in Vintage Park closed down. I was in the area, though, and decided to check it out. Our cashier Jay was really kind and enthusiastic. I had a gift card to redeem, and wasn't sure how to use it. He was really helpful and patient both while taking my order and redeeming my gift card. While ordering, he informed me that the thin onion haystacks were no longer on the menu, which was really disappointing because they were my favorite when I was younger. I ended up ordering the truffle mushroom smashburger with fries and a chocolate shake. The chocolate shake was my favorite. It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, and it was very creamy. I really enjoyed how they bring out the extra shake in a steel cup that couldn't fit in the glass. Next time, I would probably just order a shake and fries, since the burger itself is so much. Honestly a really great experience. I wish they didn't take away the haystacks, and that there was a closer location in the Klein/Tomball area.

I ordered takeout and I must say that the fries were my favorite part. I love burgers but can't eat beef... so I ordered a veggie burger and was a little disappointed. The patty basically tasted and had the texture of refined beans. I was kind of expecting more but admittedly it's my limitation. Maybe if I go in person it'll be better.

While we didn't get a photo of our order, we were hungry and ate fast, the young lady helping us was super nice and did a great job. I believe her name is Gracey. The food was good and everything came out quickly. We will be back for sure.

Shake shack's locations have been closing, so I've been looking for a Smash style burger alternative and this burger was really good. I'll definitely be coming back.

Me and my dad were looking for a place to eat so we could get in and get out. We were at Minute Maid Park watching the College Classic Tournament. It was a series of three and were to tired and hungry to watch the 3rd game. Cruising down the highway i ultimately found this spot and it was the bomb dot com. Fresh never frozen. Fries were crispy to the crunch. Everything was clean to the touch. Price was spot on for the amazing food. The strawberry dragonfruit tea was off the wall. I need the recipe for everything at the good old Smashburger. We were timted to get a shake but were as fool as can be. We will be there next time. With a 3 hour drive for us it is worth it

Always a cool place to stop and have a burger but it's just all right. They don't have enough toppings for me I would prefer to go to Fuddruckers with the whole topping bar and nothing missing. The buns are kind of thin not very filling but all in all it's better than a Jack in The box or a McDonald's hamburger. The shakes were really delicious I have not had a chance to try any of their sides but I really should because they look delicious again don't get me wrong I have the turkey burger and it does the trick for what I need to fill my turkey burger craving
