this place is sooooo good I can't eat this every day. The chef did his big one with this. The food is top-tier. The are to die for they are so good as soon as I saw them online my mouth was watering so I had to try please come to this place. This is the best place to bring your kids and to come on a date or just yourself and also they stay late on Saturday and Friday up to 12 o'clock and it's such a vibe also on those days the wings are only $.70

My family and I got snow cones and dinner from here yesterday from their drive thru and lunch today. That's how much we enjoyed our experience the first go round. The snow cones were amazing! No complaints on those at all. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad which was pretty good and my family got wings, shrimp, and chicken tenders. They loved everything which is why we wanted to order more today. This time we ordered through Postmates and our experience was a bit different. My husband and I ordered burgers which were good but came with bacon on them which we didn't request. My daughter ordered the nachos with cheese and a hotdog. Both were pretty subpar and don't think we'd order it again. My stepdaughter ordered wings and thought they were ok but not as good as yesterday. We ordered the extreme nachos for everyone to share which was the biggest disappointment. The cheese tasted like kraft singles melted on tortilla chips. We definitely won't be ordering that one again. Over all it was a good but not great experience. We'll definitely be coming back for snow cones and wings.

There's a saying, three time's the charm but not for my latest visit to Sno City. The 1st and 2nd time I went to Sno City I experienced poor customer service. However, yesterday was the worst. The cashier Nikaa displayed an attitude like she didn't want to be bothered taking my order. I simply like the flavor of the bahama mama so much that I thought I could over look the bad service, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. It's a shame that Sno City has delicious food and is a nice looking establishment but disappointing customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend Sno City.

It is 4pm on a Monday and their business hours says open, no one is there. We drove 39 min to spend our money here. Won't be trying again. I'd recommend calling before driving to this store.

I definitely enjoy the type of ice they use for their snow cones. They have a ton of flavors, blue bubble gum is a favorite, cherry, pineapple, and strawberry went fast at our function. This place supports breast cancer awareness and gave out snow cones for free! Support this business !

This place is amazing. Was so coat friendly and was my first time here. They were so patient and helpful. Gave me advice on what i should get and went over their menu with me. The only bad thing was i didn't bring a big enough appetite cause the food menu looked so good. Thank you so much for such a great experience. We will be seeing you again real soon!!

Exceptional customer service! The shaved ice is the BOMB so yummy melts in your mouth. Their variety of sno comes exemplifies what their in business for. Okay... right next to the Daiquiri Shack on Cullen. The hubby and I went in for the first time and grabbed a cheesecake snow cone with cream that we shared. Some wings and a catfish and shrimp basket w/ salad. The food is made as you order it and everything was delicious!! I have never had a snow-cone and there's was so delicious! Our total was under $25.00 and we walked out with a lot of food!! A hidden secret that everyone should know about!!
