Stayed here for 1 night for business. As others have written, it'd a recently renovated hotel and has a very clean look and feel to it. My stay could have been better though. Pros: Close to airport - less than a 10 minute drive away. Clean, spacious rooms Fast, reliable WIFI Free parking Free coffee in lobby. Would be nice if they also provided hot water (for tea) and filtered iced water. Snack bar where you can buy drinks, snacks, sweets, etc. available Cons: My north facing room was brightly lit by the parking lot lights at night. Larger blackout curtains would help. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - just bagels and muffins that are individually wrapped. Gym was the biggest letdown. No dumbbells/free weights. Just a few machines. Noise from airport is noticeable. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I was hoping to get a workout in but could not since they didn't have any dumbbells. I probably would not stay here next time.

Spark represents the bottom of the barrel in the Hilton brand of hotels. My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel. The room was large but really lacking storage spaces. There was no chair for the writing table. There was no ice bucket and microwave. The AC, wifi, and water pressure were fine. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Free breadfast was a joke. The choices were bagels, muffins, or yogurt. Coffee, orange juice, and water were the drink choices. Parking was free in the spacious lot. I paid about $139 for the night, which was not bad. This hotel radiated vibes of a glorified roadside motel. It was fine for one night crashing and nothing else. For longer stay, I definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I was charged a cleaning fee saying it was a stain on the bed. I literally called the front desk to say my sheets had a stain and the pillow cases. I asked to get new ones. They bought up the sheets and pillow cases. I checked out with $289 with no extra charges at 12pm. Around 4pm, I was charged $100 cleaning fee. I call the front desk, the female says someone peed in the bed, then it's a water spot then a wet spot. Last but not least she asked if I had a pet. None of these are true. I asked to speak to the GM. They don't know who is who. They gave me the runaround. I was charged with the incidentals and then without $743 on a $289 hotel stay. Another $100 that was not authorized on my credit card. The customer service is awful. I've asked to speak with the GM numerous times. 0/10 customer service.

Hi guys this is my fiirst review on yelp on this hotel I stayed here from december 5th to december 8th,2024 from the outside looked great but there was no pool on the premises.The shuttle was not great was told it ran every 30 minutes waited at the airport for it for a hour called and the lady said i had to request it that was a first for me The front desk was really helpful the room i got was a great size but to say a few things they were lacking storage room, had a mini fridge thats a plus but no microwave if you want to heat something you have to go down to the lobby which was inconvenient. they also had 24/7 coffee bar which was ok. Wanted to use the gym but the 2 threadmills i wanted to use was out of order. The bed was so-so first night was uncomfortable but the other nights it was comfortable dont understand. so i woke up the first day to eat breakfast and was disappointed to see it was a bagel bar bagels muffins and yogurt so i left went down the street to a place called hot biscuits.

For $200 a night, stay at DoubleTree. No TV channels. A "Bagel Bar"?. Amenities: again same price, Tree has pool etc. ice machine doesn't work etc and so forth. Great nice staff!! Not their fault, Paris'
