This Springhill was very accommodating. Even though they were having computer issues at check in and it took a bit longer, I really appreciated the customer service here. We had a very pleasant experience and this was in a great location for our needs.

Super friendly front desk staff, I believe she was the manager and was very helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Lobby and bar were nice and clean. My room was nice and clean. The noise of upper floors is noticeable so if there's an active individual above you, it might be a little louder. Stayed one night for work. Very good location, 15ish minutes from IAH and close to the industrial park.

I stayed here for a few days because it was 7 minutes away from my family's house in Cypress. We arrived pretty late and check-in was pretty easy and quick. We also requested late check-out and they were really nice to allow us to have 4pm late check-out. The room we got was pretty spacious and large. It had a living area with a full sofa and desk. I liked that it had its own coffee area with it's own sink. There was a microwave and fridge. The bed was also spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The AC was strong and picked up quick. The bathroom was okay. Our shower door wouldn't close all the way but there wasn't really any water coming out so not much of a complaint. It was just kind of narrow. Parking was easy and free. I like that we can enter from the side which makes going to our rooms easy. The lobby was pretty spacious and there was always water, coffee, and tea available. They offered free breakfast but we didn't go. Elevators were quick and there really wasn't much wait. Overall, I would stay here again if we needed lodging in the area. I would recommend.

Only staying here one night because our AC compressor went out repairs can't be fixed until at least tomorrow too hot in the house. Garbage overflowing from cans outside floors are not clean, weird smell in the hallways, dogs barking two rooms down not a good start. Room is clean and ac works thank god. Needed sheets for the hideaway bed called the front desk and lady goes yeah come downstairs and get some like what the fuck you don't have anybody to bring them upstairs to us. Only one night could be worse I guess‍

Rude and inconsiderate staff. She was worried about going home than taking care of customers. Room was not prepared. Had to make our own bed. Avoid this hole in the ground. We will be writing an official complaint to Marriott with detailed review. I will never stay at Marriott property again.

Had ants in our suite bathroom everywhere and they transferred us to a different floor and we woke up with ants in our bed. Management wouldn't refund us or give us anymore hotel night stays. Do not stay here.

Have stayed here a few times already since I come to town often for work. I've stayed at other Marriott owned hotels in the area, and this one is the best so far in my opinion. Easy check-in process, clean, good-sized rooms, comfy bed, nice bathrooms. etc. Even has a fridge and microwave in the rooms. which not a lot of hotels include anymore. They also still do daily housekeeping - so its nice to come back to the room after a long day to a made up bed and fresh towels. Other places I've stayed recently won't come until you check out unless requested...and even then they usually don't bother. The location isn't really super close to much food places (there is a Chuys on other side of highway though), but not a far drive to get to anywhere off 249. Vintage Park is close - lots of options there. I usually just order Uber Eats and get my bonus Marriott points instead :)

Y'all so me and my partner have been staying here for a few days enjoying our stay with little to no problems we had to extend our reservations for various reasons with absolutely no issue whatsoever okay . For the most part the front desk staff have been very lovely and understanding with us updating keys rooms ect . So tonight it's pouring raining I'm stressed out had a rough night out get to the hotel I'm shuffling through my duffel bag and I can't find my key . And so a I press the door bell to be let into the hotel building. This short black lady with a lil curly Afro or whatever is staring at me from the desk and then slowly but surely comes walking up to the door and lets me in . She said oh you need a key I said yes I seemed to have misplaced mine I gave her the room & the last name and let her know we had been staying here a few days *mind you I'm wet from the rain . She says well if you're not on the reservation I can't give you a key ..,she says do you want to call him it's (1 am) I'm like well he is asleep . She says well you wanna go knock on the door I'm like I mean if I need to I will yea . She does not say let me call the room for you nothing this woman walks back to the back like figure it out yourself. I'm like mam if I'm not supposed to be here what you'd just leave me in your lobby to go knock on a room first of all . Like what ?!? Seriously how is that safe if you in fact call yourself following some safety protocol. She leaves me . Says ring the bell if you need anything. So I dig and shuffle and finally am able to find my freaking key thank god as I called my partners cell phone & of course it's on vibrate because he's asleep because it's 1 in the morning like .....what awful service . The night before I came in here I was so thirsty after work I got two bottles of water rang the desk bell and no one was there I left my $5 to respect the establishment only to turn around and be treated like a second class citizen the next night like wth & me & my partner are both GOLD members is marriot like that was just completely unacceptable. I got to my room and guess what my partner was passed out snoring just like I said . & the gag is had she called the room he probably would have woken to the ring of the hotel phone . I'm so upset and irritated with this entire exchange . Like what a rude bih honestly I knew she was gonna be rude the way even when she walked up to let me in she just stood there & stared at me . Like . Wth seriously

Stayed at the hotel for one night on 7 Oct 2017. We had booked the hotel knowing that they were undergoing renovations from Hurricane Harvey. When we arrived we were shocked by just how how the water had gotten in the hotel! The entire first floor was being renovated. At least 7 feet of drywall was being replaced throughout the entire first floor. Never thought the water line would have been that high up! When we checked in the lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and apologized for the mess. She explained where best to park and where the breakfast would be served in the morning. Breakfast was moved to the second floor because of the renovations. The room was a nice size. We were a family of three, a teenage son 17 years old. Room was adequate size. had two queen size beds, fold out couch, desk area, mini fridge, microwave. Bathroom was big as well. Had a good nights sleep, we stayed in room 320. The room faced the front of the hotel. Did not hear any noise from the freeway. Did not even notice the noise of the construction from the renovation throughout our stay. We did notice that the hotel had a security guard walking the parking lot during the night. That was a pleasant surprise for us as when we parked are car one night we were not able to park it to where we could see it out our window. Knowing that they had security walking the lot did help put our mind at ease. The room does come with a flat screen HD Smart television. I believe about 32". if you have a Netflix, HULU, or even an Amazon TV account you can log in and watch your show right in you r room! The one down side we had in our stay was that our bathtub did not drain all the way. We took showers at around 10 pm at night. One after the other. Total amount of time was around 20 min. The next morning when we were getting ready to check out we noticed that there was still about 3 inches of water sitting in the tub that did not drain. We did not mention this to the staff upon checkout however so we can't fault them for not knowing. All in all, if we were to be in town again we would definitely stay here. We had a great nights stay
