Had my wedding here a few days ago. I have to say they helped me have my dream wedding! Giselle was always available for me when I contacted her with questions and concerned. Everyone who works here seemed so happy for me and so happy to help me out. No matter what hiccups wedding planning brought up, they were always a phone call away. I am so pleased with my experience, the cost of my wedding, and the attention I received!

Parrrrrtay... wooohoooo! This hall was nice!!! Location: This hall is located on the beltway feeder. Go to fast and pass it up and you are in for the longest U-Turn. Please us GPS so you won't pass it up, otherwise drive really slowly.. Parking: Parking was great for us because we got there before many of the guests. However, when we left the hall we saw a super jam packed hall. The hall: The hall was gorgeous, however, walking up to the door was a bit confusing. For the wedding we attended signage was not out yet, so we were not sure of which door to choose. There are 2 sides: Hall A and Hall B. We chose the hall on the right and it happened to be correct. Yay! It works for some, but I am not a fan of the possibility of 2 similar events happening at the same time, which is what happened indeed. Sheeeesh! There were people in Hall A's wedding on accident and vice versa. Glad we got there early because it was terribly confusing. As Service: The service was great! The bar tender poured great drinks. The only thing I could think of is from time to time we couldn't find anyone at the bar, so perhaps he was the only one on duty. I am not sure if the water glasses were from the hall/facility, but they were alllllll different. Sheeeeesh. It was a hodge-podge of drinking glasses. The restrooms: Very nice and clean. I think they may be shared between the 2 halls because you have to technically exit the hall and walk down a super long hallway to get to it. Not quite sure as I didn't go often. Sound: Hmmmmm, where should we start. I am not a big fan of a multi-hall facility for many reasons, but especially this... we heard the other wedding clearly while our Emcee was hosting. While the other party had bumping music, it was quite hard to concentrate on whatever the Emcee was saying. I don't know if the DJs were supposed to keep under a certain decibel, but they didn't. It was the battle if the largest DJ! Either way, the hall is nice and has potential. If mutli hall facilities is your style... go for it for sure! It has many nice qualities, but some are less practical!

I Got #HitchedToAHodge! I would like to post a quick review on venue and vendors. Venue: Sterling Banquet Facilities (4.5 out of 5) We did a very much all inclusive package. We hired several of their own vendors. (Chapel, Photo booth, catering, decorating, & DJ) Ali, the owner was very patient and worked with me all the way. I had to prove my wedding SEVERAL times and he was ok with it! I did end up paying a small date change fee, but that's because we changed it so many times . I will say this... YOU OR YOUR WEDDING PLANNER NEED TO STAY ON TOP OF THE VENUE. They are busy. It seems like they have several events every weekend so you sometimes need to call them and schedule viewing and planning sessions. THIS VENUE ACCEPTS PAYMENT PLANS! Yay! I do like that we can BYOAlcohol. I brought in kegs, wine, soju, & mixers. They provided all non alcoholic drinks including coffee after dessert! I got to the venue several hours early and put in the last minute details (I planned and ran my entire wedding. - no wedding planner or day of coordinator) my girls helped me stay on schedule but it was perfect! The place is beautiful and photos came out great. Star Photobooth provided the coolest inflatable photo booth! I did provide a scrapbook and stickers and markers to decorate though. BEST IDEA EVER I HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING ONE! The DJ Palillo was great. Followed my schedule to the T. Like I said, I ran my wedding, so I would walk up to him and just confirm before we started. Easy. Great music and awesome looking set up! The Knot Studio - John was the most fun and creative photographer! I was very particular and specific on certain spots that I had to absolutely have and he executed them out beautifully. He took the candid shots and the more posed ones. He gave out posing ideas and then just let us do us! Love him and his work! Any questions, feel free to ask! BY THE WAY! I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING A DRESS REVEAL TO YOUR BRIDESMAIDS ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. IT WAS EPIC.

You know, I almost chose this venue, but what I didn't like was the fact that the two spaces were right next to each other. It would be easy to have unknown guests roam into your little side of the world. The hall to your left, was pretty, with the lace draping, but it was divided in an awkward way, which would split up your guests and cause divisions. It gave the space a more cramped feeling than what really existed. It was the smaller room, and I think it had more to do with the shape of the room then anything else. This room had the chivari chairs, in case you love that type of chair. Apparently, that's a wedding thing. The hall to the right, was the one I really liked. It was so pretty and I found the uplighting unncessary as the chandeliers took care of the ambience of the room. The standard centerpieces were okay, but the room had a nice romantic and intimate appeal. The outside of the venue is this nice brick design, though some odd warehouses/retailers surround it. We were worried about parking and my future sister in law and mother in law checked the place out when there was an event. They are two nice ladies, harmless, cute, but if they were able to confirm there was parking even when two events were happening and the security guard didn't question them going in at all during the event, it just made me wonder what would have happened. I've learned vendors are pretty easy going about seeing the space when they are in set up. If they say otherwise, they are lying! But to be able to check out a venue when an event is occuring, well you can see why I worried about guests coming in and out. I would have most likely hired actual police officers. Yes, they have security, but I don't think they have proven themselves. Either that or they need to find a new security firm. The man we spoke to was nice, but our biggest issue wasn't even the guest coming in from one room to another as we had a plan for that. It was the whole catering issue. We learned from the Hammerly location they have their catering from a Colombian restaurant near Highway 6. An appealing aspect about Sterling is you can buy out the catering. We just wanted to know who the caterer was and he refused to tell us. I didn't get it. Apparently some tacky folks would pretend they were going to use Sterling and go there for a free meal. I mean, I get that, you don't want to give people free meals who are taking advantage of you, but you can't even tell us who caters. That drove us crazy. Pretty venue, cheap prices, some negatives, but overall a good place to look at when considering venues for your wedding.

I recently attended a wedding at Sterling Banquet hall for a friend of mine and the service was great! The wedding party received excellent treatment and service from the managers and the wait staff. All of the staff was very professional and made sure that I and all guests were attended to. The hall decor was set up as the bride wanted from the center pieces to the stage. All things were looked after and were done as promised on the signed contract. I would definitely recommend Sterling Banquet Hall for your next party.

We had a great experience with this place, my cousin recently got married here and I was a part of the preparations from finding the venue to talking to the event coordinators and setting up the floor plan etc. They were so patient with us especially Sam he has amazing customer service and is a great person to deal with. They made her dream wedding come true. Our family will def recommend them and go back for future parties and events.

Amazing staff treats their guest like family and not just a customer. They are always a phone call away with any questions or concerns you may have. I been to other halls and no one could top it off like Sterling. Thank you very much Sam for all your help and staff and I definitely look forward to doing business with them again.

This place is a nightmare! DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I made the horrific mistake of trusting them and came out with a horrible experience for my daughter's birthday!! This place is cheap, dishonest and that will rob you every chance they get! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PARTIES! THEY charged one of my guests 150.00 to sit at a table when there were 2 empty tables on another side!!! ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!

We just finish using this Hall for my daughters wedding. Everything was perfect BUT ever since the wedding started the air condition was poor! The hall was hot from the get go! We kept asking them to turn it down several times and they kept saying they did but never did it felt at least cool in the hall. It felt great towards the dressing room and restroom but the hall was HOT!! The staff there are great! Very attentive. The size was perfect for 200 guests. I hate to rate it only 3 stars but the air condition system is a must to have specially in this Houston heat!!!
