Over the past 20 years, I've travelled a lot on business and eaten at Subways all across the country. This is BY FAR the worst Subway I've ever visited. It was a Thursday about 12:30 and I'd been driving for over 3 hours. I had been craving Subway, so I saw this one in a convenient location. Once in the door, I headed for the restroom. My coffee wanted out. The lady behind the counter immediately told me the bathroom was "out of order" which is usually shorthand for -- we tell everybody this so we don't have to clean it. STRIKE ONE. I thought, well, I need gas too -- so I'll just eat quickly and go get gas across the street. I ordered a 6" HotShot #23 on Parmesan Oregano. The lady behind the counter, who spoke limited English, looked at me and said "all we have is white." I peered into the bread oven behind her and was shocked that there were only 3 racks of bread total! I've never been in a Subway anywhere where they have so few loaves of bread prepped -- for lunch no less!! STRIKE TWO. Then, after I told her provolone cheese, she looked at me and said "what kind of meat?" I reiterated the Italian HotShot please. She reached and got her "cheat" card to finish the sandwich. When we got to toppings, all the lettuce was brown on the tips... so I went with spinach. I reached for chips and found they only had 4 types of chips TOTAL in the store!! STRIKE THREE. The lady behind the counter was the only employee there. There was 2 guys sitting eating at the tables. Other than that, I was the only customer. So, it's not like she was rushed. But, if she didn't know her stuff, she shouldn't have been there alone. Any decent manager would have never put out that lettuce! I'd also bet she came in early to make the breads and only made one. I've owned small businesses. The lack of training and lack of supplies (bread, chips, fresh veggies) shows a gross lack of franchise owner supervision and involvement. Perhaps they're in a cash flow crunch and can't afford more -- when you're in the food business, your product is your business!! I'll be surprised if I drive by this Subway in 6 months and it's still here. AVOID it at all costs. Drive another 1.5 miles to another one!!

Horrible. Ordered on the app and everything was wrong. They didn't have the right chips or drink. They had no cookies. Wanted to try the pretzel but it was so hard I couldn't eat it. I ordered a turkey sandwich and there was 1 piece of turkey on the whole sandwich. Won't go there again.

Absolutely ridiculous on how little of a portion this lady gives out I walked in after seeing the reviews hoping the issue will be addressed after seeing the same constant complaint and still the same issue I mean come on I understand cutting back on food cost but to raise prices and give out little to none proportions during this recession is CRAZY I simply walked out... won't get my money today or any other day!

NO. NO. The lady making the sandwich was so stingy with the vegetables. You would think it was coming out of her paycheck. She put 2 jalapeños in my entire sandwich. When I asked for extra she added ONE more. Seems like she doesn't want to go through the trouble of cutting and putting out more vegetables throughout her shift, so she gives very little. NEVER COMING BACK.

TERRIBLE! Out of 1/2 the breads, out of avocado, out of unsweet tea, the one person working on Sunday afternoon was insanely slow to tend to the long line...and the entire time we were here, the fridge door stood wide open. Subway- NOT fresh!

I'm at a training today and this was the closest Subway. I can honestly say I won't be returning here any time soon. It's 11:30 on a Friday, the line is overflowing, and there is ONE person behind the counter. Seriously?!?! Where are the other employees? The poor man behind the counter made and excellent sandwich and did a great job. He made every sandwich and worked the cashier as well. He should have had to do all that, though. Usually there are 2 or 3 people working the counter, so this was pretty sad. Perhaps new management is in order...

HORRIBLE! I expect Subway to be fast. Not here. This girl has no clue and should never have been left alone to make sandwiches... let alone try to use the register. 3:00p on 8/14/2016 32 minutes from start to finish, and only 4 people ahead of me. This definitely has to be the worst Subway in town. The last time I was there about a month ago was a horrible experience and I thought it must be a fluke. The "sandwich artist" spoke no English at all. She did not know how to make a sandwich either and of course she did not understand what I wanted on my sandwich. Very frustrating! Not only that but she did not know how to deal with the coupon and had to call somebody and they spoke Spanish while they figured out how to handle the coupon. Then yesterday I made the mistake of going in there again and it was the exact same lady behind the counter and she was still not able to speak or understand any English. I will never go there again.

Had a call-in order to this Subway and could not give me clear location when asked. Ended up at three different subways before finding out by process of elimination this was the one that had my order. Disappointed that communitcation was so poor. Usually Subway is right on but on this particualr day it was anything but.

Employees are always very friendly and sandwhiches are always made exactly how I want, extras and all. I have never seen the store messy and I go for breakfast and lunch.
