If you need to buy a Sump Pump, instead go to Sumpway. This is the Subway inside the Memorial City food court, and according to Yelp they no longer exist. Which is weird cuz he we were just here getting salad next door not too long ago before the virus and it was fine. So I'm not sure if it really has closed down or not, but honestly I would say these days that MC food court mostly has really bad food, and this is absolutely the worst item on offer, so I wouldn't give them more than 1 star anyway. In other news, you know who's definitely can you see her bad filming but good Bishop it's because it's like the camera work is so weird it could have easily been focused on instead of all this they can park in. And I have no idea what that last paragraph meant or what it had to do with Subway but it doesn't improve the star rating.

I'm reviewing the Subway sandwich shop in the Memorial City Mall Food Court. 920 Memorial City Way Space#395 G. The food is fair. None of the three women working spoke enough English to understand me without my awful restaurant Spanish. The tuna sandwich was too soggy. If this were not being compared to similar sandwich restaurants then I would rate this Subway poor instead of fair. I would suggest you eat from a different Subway.

Ordered a kids meal that is suppose to include a drink and they said they didn't have it so instead of offering me something to replace it they offered me a 4$ drink...the best part is they did not communicate any of this to me until after I already paid for the food and asked about the kids drink

I ordered a meatball sub through their app. When I finally found them to pick it up, one employee could not find the order and the second employee found it but said they could not fulfill it because they had no meatballs. he asked if I wanted something else. I didn't and asked them to refund the order. he said he could not. I contacted subway and the manager apologized but did nothing. so now I have no meatballs, no $12.44 and no $2 subway rewards.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ask for a sandwich and they're being short on the serving, barely putting anything on there and acting as if it's a big deal to put more. I asked for sweet tea and he got mad already getting mad that I asked to scan my phone for rewards which I didn't know they didn't do that there. I then got a drink and it was fizzy, so I asked to change and he was like " what you don't like it?" Well that's why I wanna exchange and then I asked for sprite and he gave me some watered down Dr Pepper. That's what you get for going to the mall one I guess?

Since I technically work in the mall and being that I had not prepared my lunch ahead of time as I normally do, I needed to find a quick fix meal that was convenient and inside the mall itself. Its been quite a while since the last time I've actually visited a Subway so I decided to make a stop at this joint. There was no line so the heck with it why not? Got my usual #6 turkey on wheat, toasted with lettuce, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, red onions, a little bit of salt and pepper along with a side of Miss. Vickies Jalapeno chips and a Nestea drink. The employee was quick and prepared my meal as expected. Also, if you actually read your receipt and fill out the survey it says to online, you can get a free cookie. Hey, I like free goodies! Why not take advantage for a sweet treat? You can cheat a little ;)

Pretty bad experience. Old dried out wheat bread that fell apart when I picked it up. The cold cut combo meat had a gray tint to it, obviously old as well. And the person who made it overloaded it with salt and pepper. Last time I trust this place.
