I used Super Shuttle a lot before the pandemic and even then they were not on time a lot or canceled my ride at the last minute. I learned you cant use your actual departure time because their website wont give ample time for their shuttle bus lateness of canceling the trip all together. Also I was paying less than $25.00 one way before the pandemic. I checked the prices now and its it $80.00 ONE WAY!!! I use LYFT or UBER and its around $25!!! Super Shuttle will be out of business soon.

Stay away from this company. We booked transfer from the airport to our family's home and have had the worst experience we have ever had in all many years of world travel and use of this type of service. We ordered the Meet & Greet option at a significant premium cost and not only did the driver not meet us as was indicated in the confirmation of our booking but we had to call the company from the very congested arrivals area and wait for him to call us. He asked for our description as he was waiting at the wrong terminal and was walking over to make arrangements in person to pick us up. We never did get acknowledgement that the driver was waiting on our arrival as all other companies do in this type of booking and we did not have contact information for him in the case of a problem. The only positive was that when we finally got into the vehicle with our luggage, it was a very pleasant trip with him avoiding the road congestion to make the rest of our trip as speedy as possible.

I'm only giving them a one because there is no zero! Reserved a shuttle and checked in only to be told that it would be an hour and a half wait. Why the hell did I reserve to only have to wait 90 minutes. Five minutes later, they call me name, my shuttle is ready....except, they booked my husband on a different shuttle and now they tell me he will have to wait and hour and a half. Annnnndddd...if I want to ride with him, we will both have to wait longer. Is there only one shuttle in all of Huston? I'm assured there is more than one shuttle, but regardless....we have no Fs to give. We have to experience this sh*t show again on our way back to the airport, but I will never, ever, ever, ever use this service again. My only solace is in the fact that there are a lot of angry people around me who will most like never use this service again. I hope you go out of business Super Shuttle! Update: our ride back from the hotel to the airport...I called them to be sure they would be on time and that my husband and I were on the same shuttle. I was assured we were. Shuttle driver arrives and lo and behold, my husband is booked on the shuttle, but I am not. Really? Really, super shuttle!

What a bad experience! Booked round trip through Super shuttle with Execu Car for a private limo. Pick up from IAH was easy but the suv was trashed, had a cracked windshield and the driver tried to book us a return ride after I said we already had booked round trip. He proceeded to give us his card and told us to call him. The day before our flight back I received an email (no other contact) that said we had been cancelled. This was about 4 in the afternoon (our flight was at noon next day). I called the number and was informed no drivers in the area and they were sorry, that was it! No help or suggestions. I tried finding another car with no luck so squired a Lyft ahead of time. We are now wondering if this was related to the driver and he wanted us to book with him? Terrible customer service and won't use them again!

Avoid this company like the plague. This would be a great service if it only worked. Making a reservation online was easy, and after I set up mine, I was relieved that I had that part of my vacation planning out of the way and at a reasonable rate. Because shuttles involve picking up and dropping off other passengers, I made sure to plan ahead and set my reservation a couple hours earlier than I would have if I had taken a taxi. The nightmare began the night of my reservation. No one showed up at my reservation time. I waited about 30 minutes before calling because it is, after all, an estimated time of arrival. When I finally did get through to a human being, who was not the least bit pleasant, I was told that there were no shuttles running at that hour. Wait. What??? I explained to her that I had made a reservation well in advance, and that I had already paid for it. Her reaction was, "So???" Finally, she told me that she'd have a cab come and pick me up and drive me to the airport. Okay. After waiting about 45 minutes and no cab having arrived, I called back. After a long wait, I talked to the same woman and told her that I still didn't have a cab, and that time was running out. Her reaction: "So???" Then she acted as though she didn't know what I was talking about regarding a cab. Because it was finally clear to me that I was NOT going to get anything that I paid this company for, I threw my baggage in my car and drove myself to the airport. The first parking lot I attempted to use was full, so they referred me to another. I went there, got parked, and got on a shuttle. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived at the terminal, check-in for my international flight had closed, and by law, no one else could check in. I missed my flight, and the next flight available was in 24 hours. I had to pay $150, after lots of pleading with airline staff, to get my non refundable flight changed thanks to Super Shuttle. Also, airport parking cost me about $250. I wish I had checked Super Shuttle's ratings before I put myself through this costly nightmare. If you're thinking about it, my honest advice is DON'T DO IT.

Two absolutely awful experiences in one week. On my ride to the airport, I had a reservation for 3:30 am. I was called by the dispatcher EIGHT times between 2:30 and 3 am asking me to be ready by 2:50/ASAP. If I had wanted a reservation at 2:50, I would have reserved at 2:50!!! It's unbelievable that I am paying for a serving and they are harassing a customer to accommodate their drivers. Absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional. On my ride from the airport, I checked in online and called the dispatcher to get an ETA. He said a shuttle would be there in 30-45 minutes. An hour passed, I called the dispatcher again, and was told it would be another HOUR. Needless to say, I cancelled my reservation and took an uber. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SUPER SHUTTLE.

I have used SuperShuttle on numerous occasions, some of my experiences have been okay, whereas some have been bad. Regardless, I have still chosen to support this company from time to time. After today's experience, I may need to re-think my allegiance to SS. Today, we ordered a SuperShuttle to take my brother to the airport. The time period for the shuttle's arrival was 12:55 - 1:10 p.m. Because my other brother was waiting on an uber, we all went out front at 12:48 p.m. My other brother's uber came and took him, and so my second brother and I stood up on the pavement waiting on the shuttle. Around 1:05 p.m. my brother saw the shuttle turn out of a nearby street and head in the opposite direction of my apt. When I checked the map, it said "Trip complete. Thank you for using SuperShuttle". I called in to customer service inquiring as to the van's status and they told me that the driver went to the "pick-up point" and no one was there. Really? -_- We had been standing up at the main entrance for what had been 30 minutes at that point, and there was no shuttle. He then said he'd look to see if there were any other trips, that he could put my brother on, but then returned to the line saying that there were no other trips. So you are a shuttle business, with no other available trips to get my brother to the airport - okay then. I asked for the driver's name, the rep didn't have that information (although he was able to get information about the trip and the driver told him that he couldn't turn around because he was too far), I asked him to transfer me to someone who would be able to provide that information to me, he said that I would have to go online and get that information. I asked for a refund, he said that I would have to do that online. To be fair, he was very polite about the entire situation, but it was a very frustrating conversation considering my brother needed to be at the airport, and time was of the essence. I used to recommend my family and friends use supershuttle, but honestly, with the degradation of their service, I don't think I will readily recommend. In reading these other reviews, I realize that there's a trend of unprofessional behavior​ that they do not seem to want to address. There's a culture of no accountability for late pick-ups , or not pick up clients at all. It's 2018, perhaps you need to reassess the way you treat your customers, because while we would love to give you our money, we would hope that you would do your part as a service provider.

I have been waiting 25 mins for a shuttle at IAH terminal C and no shuttle - booty attendant has been on the phone the entire time on a personal call - when asked about the shuttle she said standard wait is 25 mins and this was for a direct ride home. If I had taken a taxi I would have been home by now. No statment on the website that said 25 mins delay #dontaupershuttle Hope uber kills you

They lie and make you wait long time. I called dispatch and they said 10 to 15 minutes. It took over an hour for a driver to show up. This was at 11 pm. We made the reservation as soon as the plane landed and tipped 18% just to arrive home an hour and a half later than expected

Do not take this . I was left stranded at Houston airport after I booked a week in advance . They simply said " we can not locate one of our contracted drivers that are willing to pick you up" seriously they say sorry you are on your own in a strange town oops. They need to go out of business. I took Uber they were the same price but came right away. Yelp requires a star rating. I wish there was a turd Image I could check. Please ignore the one star . They are not worth it
