I was visiting the headquarters for the company and I work for and searched yelp for breakfast recommendations. Saw this place and decided to try it. When I pulled up I wasn't sure if I would stop or look for something else. So glad I went in and tried Tee's. It is in a large building on the 1st. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin and it was amazing!!! One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. Will definitely come back when in town!!!

My go to place for breakfast and lunch. Tee customizes your food in which ever way you want. Try breakfast tacos and sausage/bacon breakfast bowl. Lunch is done at 12 pm, so we got to choose from the items like a plate or bowl, service is done right away.

Ms Tee is a wonderful person. She recognizes all the returning customers and always smiles. She serves breakfast and lunch. Great prices. The daily menu is posted on Facebook every day. Look for @Teesdelihouston on Facebook. If you don't like whats on the menu she will make it for you. That's great customer service. Definitely a hidden gem.
