I had been going there for years without any problems until yesterday . I returned my order due the gizzards didn't taste right and it gave me food poison . I only ate three spoonfuls that I ordered the gizzards in Monday afternoon and stop eating that same day . After going to bed I later woke up at 2am throwing up what little of the food I had in me I continued to throw up air off and the rest of night. Too exhausted to get up Tuesday to return the order the food to the store,I waited until Wednesday to report my experience. I was confronted with rude and unprofessional customer service from the manager filled rude comments about me personally. I am a senior citizen didn't appreciate the comments She finally decided to replace the food but I didn't want anymore gizzards but the wings would be satisfactory but she said it a 4 cent difference I willing gave her a dollar and told to keep the change After more ugly comments about me and my age (senior citizen) I received my food I left not before giving her a piece of my mind regarding disrespecting an elderly man. The other worker(Black) jumped into the conversation and began saying more rude ,disrespectful and racial comments to me I took offense about being called the N-word. The manager did not correct her or stopped her from continually making rude comments to me upon leaving with my food. I went home and threw the food away since I did not trust the food that they gave me. I will never return to the store again. Please removed both employees this would improve the situation from happening to others

I always get the same thing from here, 6 wings and rice and it never disappoints. One time they gave me old, cold gravy and that was a downer but this is my go to spot to get my fried chicken fix. You can't go wrong with the whole fried wings.

Decided to try this one today. Drive thru order was the 4 wing and fried rice dinner. The drive thru girl was pleasant with a nice clear voice. About 1130 am on a Sat. Drive thru was ok. The wings were good. Decent with a nice size to them. The rice? Hoo boy. I know fried rice is best with rice at least a day old. I guess they thought they could do better with rice from last week. It was dry and dessicated looking. Not tender or moist in the slightest sense with a crunch that reminded me of Corn Nuts.The biscuit thingy? So small you can eat it in one bite but at least it wasn't greasy. The box had a nice heft to it and would've been a good value if the rice was better but I stopped eating before I started chipping teeth. Could've been an off day( mummified rice at 1130 am?) so I may try again at a later date. Should be better if all cylinders are clicking. Here's hoping...

Solid. Food was good, the price was right, and they don't ask you to tip for their counter service! The menu has plenty of old school Americanized Chinese fare. They still have old school egg rolls which have become hard for me to find. Good food at a fair price in a clean atmosphere.

As a Houston born and raised citizen, if you know you know! To start, not every Timmy Chan has the exact same menu. This one specifically tho, has Cajun pasta that not actually Cajun but I guess it works. Chicken wings is FIRE!!!!!!!!! Regardless of the flavor ...they are ALL good. Kool-aid (cherry) is so sweet, I love it. The staff is really nice and the lines move fast. Call in, drive thru, or dine in.

Horrible place and service. Go to the original on MKL blvd. Ordered through the drive thru but she completely messed up my order had to drive back and go inside. It's a roach coach. She was very rude. I ordered my food the way I wanted it at no time did she express they don't cater to their customers and make the food as ordered. It was nothing big ppl I ask for brown gravy on my shrimp egg foo young. I told her I would pay for it if necessary to get my food the way I like it. She told me No, she was not selling me the other gravey or making it and that she don't do request after the food was ordered and paid for. She is very rude unprofessional nasty and a dishonest person that's a poison to our community. How do you cook the food and then tell someone this the way WE eat it after someone has given you their money. The inside had roaches visible. The bathroom disgusting. The counter was dirty it had old food stuck on it. The floors needs to not only be swept but mopped are better yet replaced. Never even tasted the food. I didn't eat the food over $40 of my money wasted here. Well you live u learn but never again. You only get me once. I will never give any place of business my money to help them give ppl a horrible service. You get the truth on your services you provided with me do better.

I will always go here for a good wing dinner with shrimp fried rice and rice. The wings are a good size and always taste fresh. Shrimp fried rice with a side of gravy is the best side. It is definitely a Chinese food place so it's a little hard to understand but Wings and portions. Customer service is pretty good since it's hard to understand them

don't get me wrong i love timmy chans. my favorite local chain. this location is easily the worst, and trust me, i know my timmy chans. it's like 90 degrees outside and holy it feels like there's no air conditioning inside. the chicken always hits at any location but everything else at this location is lacking. unfortunate that this location is the most convenient. (timmy chans if you're reading this please turn up the ac)

I give it ZERO stars. I've had Timmy Chan's b4, at the other location on Hwy 6 by Bellaire. This one disappointed me & my family. The service is fine but the "Asian food" we ordered was terrible, I regret spending my hard earned money here. The "lo mein" was undercooked, under-seasoned, greasy raw SPAGHETTI NOODLES, the biggest, fattest, roundest, cheapest kind of economy bulk expired food bank kind of spaghetti noodles, it wasn't even fresh tasting spaghetti but old, stale, hard (I understand the concept of "al dente," but this was just plain wrong). The meat tasted old & stringy & everything was oldly greasy, not satisfyingly greasy but unpalatably greasy. $12.something dollars for cheap, stale greasy, undercooked, flavorless spaghetti noodles? My stomach hurts from just a taste of it. I didn't even want to TASTE it just from how it LOOKED but I already wasted good money & time for it. There was no going back after that, I wish. My stomach hurts. The large orange chicken was small portion looking, the chicken OVERLY breaded, soggy on the outside yet very dry & stringy on the inside, flavorless except for a disappointingly processed sugar flavor & bitter orange peel pieces. The wonton soup was greasy and bland. The wonton wrappers acceptable, the filling bland, dry, flavorless styrofoam texture. The egg rolls were fine, edible. The sauce was VERY watered down. It was very runny. There we're two greasy biscuits that were edible at least. I regret spending my hard earned money here at all, I wish I never came here. My family was hungry and we already bought it, what could we do? What a shameful waste of time & money, I'm so disappointed.

I had many TC restaurants.. best are MLK and 610 and W Bellfort near Fondren. I tried this location and it was roaches crawling on the juice machines. The cashier killed them in my face (it was after I ordered my food) while waiting it was roaches crawling around the cashier came to sweep them up .. I still went ahead with my food past my judgement.. I ordered a 10 pcs and shrimp fried rice to get home and it was a long hair in my rice on one side of the container and a short hair on the opposite side.. so disgusted I thru all my food away that I paid 25.00 bucks for .. will not return for service
