Booking our vacations with Cruises By Toni is awesome, we have been utilizing her service for over 9 years and it has all been excellent. The level of hands on, professional, personal service with sharp attention to detail is truly wonderful. We have booked at least 10 cruises with this travel Pro and every time she sends a thank you gift to our cabin. Any one thinking about cruising for the first time should definitely go with Cruises By Toni! Her specialty is first time travelers. You will have a great experience.

I recently booked a cruise for June 13, 2020 through Toni Anderson group travel consultant office number 281-406-8778. I never received an invoice or any kind of paperwork regarding the $100 that I paid for myself and for my husband. A few days ago she sent me options for travel insurance. The option that we had to look at was going to cost $374 for each of us. I assume. I did communicate with her for clarification on what the cost was going to be. Whether it was $374 each or $374 combined for both of us. I never received a response or clarification from her. We are Medicare recipients and we have to have medical insurance because Medicare does not cover us when we are out of the country. We were not aware that the travel insurance was going to be that costly so for that reason I canceled the reservation. I was told by Toni in an email that she was not going to refund the $100 that we paid. I am filing a complaint because I want my $100 refunded due to the fact that we were not given complete information initially about the terms of the refund policy. In my mind this is a very shady business practice. I did book 2 cruises in the past with Toni and the first one was not up to my expectations. I did let her know about our non-working phone cabin experience and actually we were given no feedback on that particular experience either by her or carnival cruises. Needless to say I'm very disappointed to have to give this kind of review but I have no choice but to tell it the way I have experienced it from this travel company.

I inquired with Toni in the beginning of the year for a vacation trip I wanted to do with my family for this summer. She made everything so simple and was so helpful and patient. Toni gave me several quotes for what I was looking for and made everything so simple and easy. She really does make herself available to you and answers any questions you have. I am definitely very glad I found her. She definitely has a life time customer.
