I really love Tropical Smoothie...it's a lot different from Smoothie King...they sell smoothies and food...this location is really convenient...it's clean...all the ingredients are fresh...and the staff is super friendly...I really enjoy coming here...and know you will too

The food and the smoothies are always amazing! But the customer service is horrible. The two girls working there are not friendly at all!! They always seem to be in a bad mood.

This is the 2nd location I've been to. The first one, I asked if it was ONLY FRUIT in the smoothie I ordered. I was told "YES". I was amazed at how delicious the smoothie I had was and the price was great for all real fruit. I happen to go on their website to find other items I might like and saw that they add turbinado (sugar) to all smoothies! When I came to this location this morning, I asked again "is there only fruit within the smoothies". The cashier said "yes" with the manager, Hershel, standing right there fiddling with the credit card machine. I mention that the website says otherwise and she then changed her answer. I told them that lying to customers is not ok. Not telling customers sugar is added is lying. I brought it up to the manager and his response "we usually tell people about the turbinado". His demeanor showed he did not care. I'm pretty bummed by the lack of integrity and customer service.

Ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich and they didn't even put the tomato or lettuce. Just Turkey bacon and cheese. I called the store with the issue and the girl on the phone said the manager would call me back to figure out what to do (since they were closed). She attempted to hang up. I asked if she wanted my phone number so he knew how to contact me back. She said "oh yes...right". I gave her my number and never heard back. I paid $10 for this sandwich and it was not appealing and had no vegetables on it. Very disappointed in customer service in not even attempting to correct this situation.

I came here and tried one of their bowls item, it's a smaller acai bowl then at other places. it took a while to come out so i was surprised the entire smoothie base of it was hard and icy like it was premade and frozen so it didn't taste good and was hard to eat. the toppings looked and tasted fresh tho.

Imagine a teeny bopper pop song. One that's played on repeat. Think of one that would probably be on the Disney channel. Ok now think about it being twice as annoying. Got it? Ok now have it playing on two different speakers with half a second delay. The type of delay you hear when you're on speaker phone with someone and they physically enter the room you're in. Yeah. That. But annoying. We good? Oh no make it somewhat loud. Not too loud but the experience is maddening enough to not be able to hear one's thoughts. I am even confused typing this! Kidding. I'm fully aware of the irritation. The pomegranate plunge is pretty good. The employees were helpful. Took a while for the fruit to grow I guess which is what was taking so long‍ But for the love of GOD fix the damn speakers. Your employees do NOT deserve to be treated this way. The food is mediocre, the smoothies are good, never went inside for the ambiance. Stop charging extra for those sides, especially the sweet potatoes!

A small little store in that HEB area, but don't go past it! The workers here are super helpful and give recommendations on what's popular or what you're looking for. Everything on the menu is AMAZING! I wish the music was turned down a bit less. I could barely hear the employee sometimes, and vice versa.
