I rented a RR ghost for my wedding on 1.2.21 with Uptown Exotics and was very impressed with the customer service. I called multiple places in Houston with no response, these guys called me back within 2 and confirmed my car within 24 hours. Very professional team, I would highly recommend.

WEDDING RENTALS BEWARE!! Ive picked up cars from here for 3 separate weddings (2 friends, 1 family memnber). Each time there was either a last minute issue that would force me to upgrade to another vehicle and they would ask for this money on the spot before the rental. Simply, their business tactic is to make excuses until you come pick it up and they hit you with an uncharge at that time. Scumbags. Let me tell you about what happed for my sisters wedding (weekend of Aug 1 2020). We had reserved a rolls Royce months ahead. It was confirmed and ready to pick up. The night before (around 9pm) I was supposed to pick up the car, my brother-in-law got a call saying the car smells like weed and they wouldn't be able to rent it out. I told them to work on getting the oder out as much as they could. The next day I arrived to pick up the substitute car they promised me. After talking with Morgan (homeboy didn't give a fuck and kept saying this is too early to deal with), he told me that car wasn't in the shop either. Now it's my sisters wedding today and we don't have a car. I told them to let me smell the rolls Royce and we agreed I would take that if the oder wasn't that bad. Ended up not being an oder in the car, but they had rented that rolls Royce they promised me to another individual that arrived and drove out with that car while I'm still waiting. In conclusion, they wasted around 2 hours, I missed my sisters wedding, and left with no rental. Never trust these people. They are unprofessional and take pictures of your credit car and ID on personal cell phones. NEVER TRUST THEM.

I ordered a Lamborghini. The day I went to pick it up I was told it was being serviced because the convertible top was broken. Since I wasn't told until pick up day I was compensated with a Ferrari 488 GTB for the same price as the Lamborghini which was nice. Overall it was a good experience. Be prepared to go over your mileage limit! Will look at these guys again for an exotic rental.

Called for a rental in Dallas, where they said on their website "we can deliver to any airport or hotel". Me: I'd like to pick up at DFW airport, please. Uptown: We can't actually deliver to airports because our truck can't get in there. Me: Truck? Can't you just drive it there? Uptown: All of our cars are in Houston Me: Well, that's a bit misleading based on your site, but OK. You can drop it at my hotel and I'll take a cab from the airport. Uptown: By the way the trucking will cost an extra fee. Me: .... but I have a quote from your site that didn't mention a fee at all. And this is the first time I'm learning you don't actually have any cars in Dallas. Uptown: Well, ok, how about we split the fee with you Me: (exasperated) OK, whatever, fine. [fast forward a few days] Pick up car at hotel, Exterior is OK but it's got cracked leather, dingy plastic all around interior, various warning lights on the panel, 50k miles. But I don't call to complain because what are we going to do, ship it back to Houston? [fast forward 3 days] Air conditioner fails. In Texas. [call Uptown] Me: Well, the air conditioner broke. What can I do? Uptown: Oh, that never happened before. OK, we'll look at it when it gets back and let you know what's wrong. Me: ... .... I feel like I'm calling out the obvious here, but I don't really care what's wrong. What am I supposed to do with an "exotic" car with no air conditioning in Texas? Uptown: well, we'll give you store credit for one day. Me (about to explode, but remaining calm): I am in Texas maybe once a year, I don't want store credit. I want a car with air conditioning for this trip, so I'm going to go rent one from Enterprise/Hertz/whatever. I want you to at least refund me the last day of my rental to make me whole. Uptown (after much prodding): OK, we'll refund you one day. And then they never refunded me. This is a truly two-bit operation. Avoid them!

I rented the yellow lamborghini from here for a birthday gift. Their priority was to charge my card the 3,000 dollars before giving me any details or even letting me see the car. I didn't get off work until 3 pm the day I wanted the rental and when I went in, the last guy there was about to miss me. Just fyi they didn't tell me they close early afternoon even though I told them over the phone I'm heading there straight after work. A heads up would have been nice. On top of that they told me the rental was for the whole day but after the guy processes my insurance and I sign all the papers, he lets me know that the car has to be back before 10 am. And then he lets me know the top doesn't come off because it's broken. Which this is all fine, but this could have all been made clear to me before they ran my card, had me sign all the papers and wait all the way to the day of the birthday which I had been planning for 3 weeks. To top it, he did try and not give me my deposit back the next day because i was 10 minutes late dropping off the car. I had to argue it out and point out how unprofessional this whole situation was. I suggest not wasting your time with this company. I wish I went to another place instead of giving people like this that amount of money.

Buyer beware!! This company charges an astronomical delivery fee (ours was $400) and doesn't tell you what it is upfront. There is a reference to a delivery charge in the fine print under Rental Policy. I won't do business in the future with a company that conceals charges.
