I don't understand the negative reviews, so I'm here to tell the truth. I've had nothing but great experiences since I've been a member here the last two years. The owner and the owner's son are as friendly as can be. They strive for a 5 star experience and they certainly deliver every time! How do they do this you ask? Well, they hold wine tastings mixed in occasionally with some tequila, bourbon, or scotch tastings. They're always hosting events for people to socialize and taste great wine, plus there's always an amazing charcuterie board. They bring in countless vendors throughout the country and world. It's first class all the way. The place is like a second home. My wife and I have had a chance to develop friendships with other members. If you're looking to become a member, I highly recommend.

May 1, 2024 update: I got charged again for another month that I did not sign up for and will be again disputing the charge with my credit card. EDIT May 2nd: the owner emailed and refunded the charge so I won't be issuing a chargeback.

My company held its holiday party at Vault & Vino Wine Storage & Lounge. Since we rented out the venue, I can't speak on how things operate during a typical night out at Vault & Vino but I can touch on my experience in a couple of areas. Vault & Vino gave me speakeasy vibes as there aren't any signs or anything outside of the lounge. Just a parking lot and a door to bring you inside. It's a pretty lounge and made for a classy experience. We had a bar, buffet dinner, and a DJ. Dinner was solid but not spectacular. Everything ran smoothly. On a typical night, you can pay to have a wine membership here. I don't know much about how much that costs and everything but I do think Vault & Vino would make for a nice spot to have a drink.

Best place if you want to have a drink in a classy area . Have plenty of storage to put up any wine or liquor. Best in my opinion , go for yourself and tell me what you think . The door is very sophisticated you won't see it if you don't look right .. it's red on a black brick wall

Called the place to see where the entrance was and the owners son was so rude. I tried explain where I was and he said "that's cool but what do you need" then he grabbed a vape out of a guys mouth and got mad at him for smoking. He clapped and yelled in his face. He was very aggressive and rude. Our friends rented this place to have a nice classy party and he made it look so trashy and cheap. Definitely wouldn't recommend for upscale events.
