I was walking behind a lady manager (I was not close enough to read her name tag - Jamaican/African manager) into the front door, and she did not even open the door. I went to attempt to knock on the bathroom door and the manager said to throw my trash away outside. Afterwards, she said I had to buy something before being able to use the bathroom. I said ok I understand, and asked if I could use the restroom and I can get something after using the bathroom as I can go through the drive thru. She proceeded to say again only paying customers could use the bathroom and I knocked on the door - she said you need the code, and I asked if she needed to see my app to prove I was ordering something. I have never been treated like this at a restaurant as I normally order something after using the restroom. I will not be back.

Obtained the sausage breakfast on the bun. It was hot, fresh and tasty. The Associate was upbeat, happy and very friendly. She was knowledgeable and highly suggestive. The ambiance was relaxed and nicely clean plus fresh feeling.

Worst location ever!! I don't say that often, but the night workers tonight couldn't get anything right for the life of me. All we tried to order were our favorite whataburger breakfast items, but the lady said a totally different thing. I wanted Biscuits and Gravy with a Jalapeño Cheddar biscuit. I don't know where she got a biscuit sandwich from, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. We tried ordering 2 more items, and it was over $20, but when we got to the window, she said it was $17 which confused me, she never double checked to see what we ordered. When she tried to give us 2 double whataburgers, that's when my boyfriend lost it. She told him that he's drunk, there was one major problem, he doesn't drink. It sounded like she's been drinking on the job if you ask me. He drove off because he was mad. He came back around to try to get his money back, the lady and her manager started yelling at him, telling him that he's drunk, which it wasn't the case. One of the ladies threw the $20 dollars (that he gave her) back at him. Both of those overnight shift ladies that worked this morning (1/5) need to be reprimanded and fired. That is a perfect example on how not to treat customers, just because I don't say anything, I observe and write a review. It shouldn't matter how the customer talk to the workers, you should keep a professional attitude. I know it's a 2-way street but when you constantly get our order wrong, and laugh and give us a dumb look like we did wrong, look at yourself in the mirror. We aren't coming back to this location.

I came in for late night dinner after work and was found to be in a long line of unsatisfied customers. I was in the drive thru and after the lady yelled at my through the window, I came around to pick up inside to find someone else had been waiting over 10 minutes since the app told them their order would be ready. If it weren't for the nice lady indoors I would refuse to come to this location.

This location's drive through will be VERY busy on weekend nights at 1-3am. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes in line. Service and food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Just average. They are usually pretty quick if you order in store. Last time we went, we had to go up and ask where our order was just for them to put it back in the system. My friend finished her patty melt before I even got my fries. But it is what it is.

Went in to get a cup of water.. needed to use the restroom. The manager said no restroom unless you buy something... No problem right, not a public restroom for an emergency?? Also I asked for some sauce with the fries I purchased for $2 and she said it would be .75 extra... INSANE. Ridiculous and filthy.

Not to be confused with Wormerburger, which had worms in it ew. Slightly better location than some people have suggested in the sense that it is right in the middle of the heart of town, and it's open late and they can get you what you need, but it's also a bit of a rough area especially at night, and it's not always been very consistent. Still, it's better than a lot of fast food outlets in Houston, that's for sure.

Lola was rude asf and I only wanted to use the restroom. I even agreed to purchase something once she told me that I have to purchase something in order to get the code for the restroom .. I say OK charge me for the cheapest thing that you have on the menu. And then I suggested OK charge me for ketchup. She tried to be funny and cute and was like well. I'm gonna charge you six dollars for it. and then she got upset because Customer was like well. I'll be the customer that order and get the code for you. Use the bathroom. so then she tells me you're gonna have to wait until I finish with my customer so I had to wait and hold my urine until she decided that she wanted to give me the code and then when she give me the code, she told herself, oh I hope it was the right code I gave you.

This is the second of two Whataburger reviews. The first review was for a visit to a different restaurant with a family member who was visiting from out-of-state. The purpose of this visit was to provide a meal to an elderly family member who is bedridden. This was a good drive-thru interaction. It included the normal "thank you", "sir", and condiment offer. The burger and fries were fresh, looked good, and smelled great. I was grateful, as my family member ate every bit of the burger. This visit suggests to me that the quality of the food and service at Whataburger varies significantly by location... quite a difference from my experiences as a customer for the 49 years prior to Whataburger being sold to BDT Capital.

Rude and slow. I ordered my food online and it was still 15 minutes late! No apology. Just an attitude. And I ordered curbside to avoid Covid but I still had to get out the car!
