The employees at this Whataburger were chatty! You can hear their heated conversations throughout the dining area! While taking my order she was talking on the phone AND directing another employee to do something having to ask us again what we wanted . Not at all the customer service we expected- while we've come here several times before-the service and experience was way better. At least the employee was focused on us and was friendly. The food was the usual order #2 combo and it is still good. Kudos to Felicia she was the only customer focused person who gave us a smile.

The employees attitudes were fine, maybe above average. They seem disorganized or confused though. App said order would be ready in about 5 minutes but it took 15 minutes. I had 4 sauces in my mobile order which were missing despite the employee asking twice whether I wanted ketchup (take a look at the receipt!). They also ran out of lids for my drink as well as drink trays for to-go. Witnessed large percentage of customers have issues during my brief time there even though the restaurant wasn't slammed.

5 items missing. Didnt get jalapeños on either burger that I paid for. Didnt get the side of onion rings or honey mustard I paid for. Didnt get the ranch for the chicken tenders I paid for. Came at a slow time, no one in line but me and they still failed to put 5 different items in my bag prioritizing their laziness to just get an order done. Not the first and not the last time this location doesnt gaf about what anyone orders as long as its done as fast as possible.

WORST LOCATION EVER. ASKED TO SPEAK WITH "JOSE" and he did not care to address me although his whole team informed him I was asking for him due to him hanging the phone on me earlier

The cashier was nice and pleasant with good customer service . As for the other employees that were in front of me placing order before off the clock not sure. However if you're wearing the uniform you should carry yourselves better. Raising the voice going back and forth with the front cashier and with other girls employees she sat with using foul language being loud. There's a lot of playing around . It's gone down so much for the area. The only thing I was please was Kayla my cashier and far as the employee who bought my food not so much . Not a smile .

When ever in Texas, there are two must haves. Whataburger and Mesquite smoked beef brisket. I always look forward to coming home to Texas and sinking my teeth into a delicious Whataburger hamburger. It just brings back a flood of memories of fun and great food. Hard to find any comparison to the unique taste of a Whataburger. Whataburger, Whataburger bigger better burger Whataburger!!

Don't ever go here if you're in a hurry. They have no concept of fast food. It took 20 minutes to get my breakfast combo. I had plenty of time to stop in to get a to go order and make a conference call. Ended up logging in late to the call. Will never go back unless I have an hour or more to waste. Food was good though so I'm disappointed I'm going to have to avoid this location.

This has to be worst Whataburger in all of Texas. Go out of your way to find a different location. Every time we visit the food is AWFUL, cold, and our order wrong. It's so so so frustrating and disappointing. Corporate needs to pay a visit to the franchisee. If out of towners try this, it's a horrible representation of the brand. We won't be back UPDATE: Not even four hours after posting the above my husband comes down with FOOD POISONING and has been sick all night. This place is a horror. Shut them down!!!

Never thought I would say this but surprisingly good fast food. I normally don't like fast food, but I was impressed by the quality and quantity here. We ordered the honey BBQ chicken strips special and the famous patty melt combo meal with a banana pudding shake and onion rings and fries. The patty melt was my favorite because the sauce was good with the double beef patty, melted cheese and onions. Simple and delicious. I had great customer service as this was my first visit and not sure what to order, but the staff was very helpful. The ambiance is definitely casual on a budget, but sometimes that's exactly what we need on the go.
